I can highly recommend this local business. All the staff from Reception to the Senior Practitioners are friendly, approachable, and very skilled. For the past couple of years I have had intermittent problems with my upper back and neck causing intense nerve pain. Associate Osteopath Nia has been a life saver for me. Her skill and compassion shines through every session. If you have never visited an Osteopath I would absolutely suggest giving it a try. Depending on your condition, working with someone who understands bones and the skeleton rather than muscles can totally change the benefits you get from treatment.

Anna, is a miracle worker! I was hesitant to visit a chiropractor after a previous disappointing experience, but now I'm looking forward to my appointments. I visited her for debilitating sciatica pain and after 3 appointments, thanks to her guidance and support, I am pain free and can walk properly. I got the McTimoney Chiropractic therapy treatment and take home exercises. She has the most gentle yet effective techniques to work with the body and I could see a massive improvement in my mobility after the 1st session. She has a lovely personality and you know you are on good hands from the moment you meet her. I’m so grateful for the relief she has provided and highly recommend her to anyone in need of effective chiropractic care.

I must say how impressed I have been with the Castle Clinic. I have been having osteopathy for sciatica and am now almost pain free after three appointments. I have been having treatment at Castle Clinic for some time now. All of staff are professional and very friendly. I have received treatment from Seb Contreras who is an Osteopath (Osteopathy) for a life long back issue and he always manages to get me moving again with a lot more ease. More recently he has treated me for a trapped nerve in my neck. I don't think I would be sane now if it wasn't for his help, which I'm grateful for, and it is all ok now. :-) I also have treatment with Janice Miller who is an Acupuncturist. Again I have been having acupuncture for a couple of years treating Fibromyalgia and this is the first alternative treatment that has had a prolonged affect for the better. For me, having this treatment calms the symptoms down, it doesn't get rid of all the pain, but for the past 2 years I have been going every 4-5 weeks for a "top up" and any spikes I tend to get are small in comparison to what they used to be. I would recommend Castle Clinic to anyone, give it a try. its taken me a long time to find the right treatments, but its now worth it. :-)

I’ve been coming to get Jon’s help for my back pain (slipped disc, hypermobility issues and poor back muscles) and after years of struggling and different treatments he’s really been the only person to really help. He’s very knowledgable and will not only treat the current issue but give exercises and tips to help yourself in the future. I’ll continue to visit him if I need to in the future!

Went to see Seb with severe sciatica caused by bulging disc. He is knowledgeable, professional, encouraging and realistic with time frame for recovery. Always uses PPE so feel safe attending appointments during a pandemic. Highly recommend Seb.

I can’t recommend Seb highly enough he has made such a difference to my life. I started suffering from sciatica back in 2016 and tried different treatments and drugs but came to the conclusion that it was something I would have to put up with.
