I sprained my ankle a month ago, was painful and upset at the time. After starting my treatment with Caren, I can feel the difference every time. She is so professional and patient that makes me not afraid of needles anymore. Every single time she asks my feelings and discomfort to adjust treatment. Caryn is a fabulous practitioner. She has a really warm and caring manner. Her treatments have helped my neck issues, problems with arthritis, immensely. Can’t rate her and the the clinic highly enough.

Absolutely love it here, have seen Francis, Alan and Carin and have walked away each time feeling great, I find the cupping a little uncomfortable but Francis rubs my back during this and it takes my mind off it, Alan does a great job of all my massage needs, and Carin did a great job suggesting and doing lymphatic draining, so friendly and super relaxing environment. Highly recommend they always go above and beyond

I have had chronic pain for a long time but haven't tried acupuncture because of medical trauma. unfortunately i didnt make it through the session and had to stop, but i want to commend the reaction of Frances to my seizure. She removed the needles as soon as I requested it and after I came out from my seizure she didn't over fuss and get in my space. She listened to what I needed and gave me room to recover in my own time. I haven't met many medical staff who have dealt with my situation this well and her care helped a lot.
