Jake was very thorough and explained what he was doing. He came at the beginning of the time frame and called before he arrived. We have used this company for over 10 years. We just had service for annual air conditioning tune up by Jacob. He was very thorough and courteous. Have always been satisfied with their service.

We scheduled a routine check up on our hvac system and the technician was on time and very efficient. The air conditioner was running slightly cooler after service but our technician gave us a good report on our system with suggestions for additional items we cod perform to help.

The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly, instructed me on what I might need in the near future, explained everything he did and showed me how to clean the AC unit of the cottonwood tree debris! However, be aware of the phrasing used by the company to describe the service you are getting! Their service was called a "safety inspection"!! That means they checked the condensers, and checked the temperature drop, etc. But it was NOT a Tune up! Or Maintenance service! This was very misleading by the Company! So the tech actually gets a 5 star! The company a 4 star...

Fixed my bathtub and Steve was great at explaining the options. He has a great personality! Would recommend and use this company again.

Called this morning and had a technician out to fix my AC less than 4 hrs later. Mitch was awesome and super transparent and communicative! Yes you will pay more for the parts than if you sourced locally but having the parts and labor warrantied are a huge benefit when you’re dealing with older equipment like mine.

Scott was very professional and definitely knew what he was talking about. They also got to our place within a day of calling! Highly recommend!

My technician, Shay, was hands down helpful and thorough. He talked to me about every scenario possible and was able to diagnose what the issue was. He also answered questions about the damage done due to water that didn’t pertain to his job, but he still listened and gave advice. Alex and his partner were very efficient and helpful with getting to us to install our water heater. It was 18 years old and needed replaced but I figured out the 30 amp double pole breaker was the reason it didn’t come on. One pole was not working. Alex came back and I confirmed that with him and I told him I would go get a new breaker and install it and let him know if that worked. He said if it didn’t to let him know so he could get an electrician out. I got the new breaker installed and everything worked like it was supposed to. Thanks again Alex and crew for your fast response.

Had our furnace, AC, and Water go out shortly after we bought our house. Five star installed all new units for all three and they've been great so far. All are energy efficient and save us money on home heating/cooling costs, the tankless water heater has been really nice to have, and we're able to run multiple hot water appliances and/or shower all at once with no issues. On top of that, the annual maintenance for all three have been easy to schedule and very affordable. Definitely recommend them if you're looking to update your major home appliances.

I had a bit of an urgent DIY plumbing repair that didn’t go so well and needed a professional plumber to save the day. Pickerington Plumbing & Drain responded in a reasonable time and completed the repair in a timely manner. The technician was polite and professional. Unfortunately, after the repair the issue still exists. I will give it 24hrs to see if the leaky bathtub faucet stops otherwise I will be calling back for another service visit. Further updates to come. UPDATE: I contacted the company dispatcher shortly after leaving this review and explained the issue. They contacted the technician to have him return to fix the leaky bathroom faucet. In case the technician was unable to return the same day they set me up with an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived within the hour with a new replacement part as the one I provided for the initial repair was faulty which is why the faucet was still leaking. Within 30 minutes the repair was completed. Great customer service all around!

He had 2 technicians / plumbers come out the next day that installed a new kitchen sink, replaced the leaking pipes, removed the broken, smelly garbage disposal, installed a new hot water tank and a water softner system to prevent the rusty well water sediments from destroying the tank / plumbing, and repaired the backflow of the sump pump. Abrey (spelling ?) and Richard did a great job installing everything and removing the old stuff, Abrey explained everything and patiently answered all my questions. The manager, "George," immediately called me when I was not happy with the new faucet style and quickly found one that I liked. Great company, everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Definitely lives up to the 5 star name! They were able to come out and fix our AC the same day we called on Memorial Day weekend. Timely service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

In my opinion and observation, the Tech was quick fair and professional. I will be calling upon them again for future troubleshooting and maintenance for my HVAC System.

This is a 5 star for the honesty of the plumber Holden Snyder he didn't solve our problem but told us what might be wrong with our plumbing and gave us two options to fix it he isn't sure which one will fix our problem our problem is a oder problem which is hard to detect.

Our technician Ryan Daly was AWESOME!!! My wife and I started the day needing our AC replaced and ended the day with the best deal in the area to be installed on Thursday! I wanted to upgrade to a 15 seer unit instead of the 13 seer I was quoted and Christian in the office did the upgrade for the same quote!
