Price was very good for a total change-out . If you have a good relation with Lowe’s you will appreciate the ease of financing, and of working with 5 Star. The initial estimate was done by young man who was very professional and courteous and respectful of our budget. The installers were professional and worked non-stop to complete the project neatly and entirely . I have had not so good results before with equipment and installers, so I highly recommend 5 Star. No I’m not related. I never met these folks before, and if I’d had a problem believe me I’d tell you about it. In detail.

Have been using Five Star for a couple of years now. All the technicians have been professional, experienced, and personable. No one enjoys repairs and maintenance but my confidence in the Five Star team takes away the stress of knowing it’s going to be done right and at a reasonable cost.

Our plumber J. Ashley was amazing. He went over and beyond to identify the root cause (no pun intended 😊) of our sewer line clogging up. Took the time to explain and provided reasonable solutions. He was also very quick with writing an estimate for the repairs we would need. Overall I have never had any issues with Five Star. Very responsive and schedules me in quickly. I would recommend Five Star every time.

Five Star Services installed a furnace at my rental property. Dakota and his two assistants were great. Dakota was friendly and answered questions with detail. The price was lower than the others and the product and service was excellent. I will definitely go back to Five Star Services. They had installed a water heater for me several years ago and did a good job then.

Just got a furnace check up from Tom and all is well for the winter. With the monthly fee, it was free, and with so many other expenses this time of year, I am super glad I signed up. Thanks, 5-Star! Jan 2025, got a whole home plumbing check. Very thorough. Jacob found all the discrepancies, and explained them in easy to understand terms. He explained what I could do myself and what I should probably have done for me. He gave me several options for fixes, so I feel certain about what should be done now, and what can wait...and I learned more about my basement, so lots to think about! So glad to have someone who knows much more than just plumbing, but much of what goes into having a safe, well functioning home. 2 Oct 2025, got a whole house electrical check. Ethan clearly knew his job. He was able to help me understand how the jobs I want done can be done, and where there might be issues because of the way my house is built. Everything turned out to be doable, so I am a happy customer!

Michael provide the most detailed maintenance on my furnace that I have ever experienced. He was thorough and explained what he was checking. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Dakota and Ethan did an EXCELLENT job on the condenser install. They were both very polite and courteous. As a retired HVAC guy, I'm very impressed with Dakota's duct work, this guy has skills. Ethan was very impressive for his age, this guy has a good career goal in mind. I was happy to see Dakota back after he did such a great job on the furnace last winter, he's the reason we called you for this job. I'm going to refer Five Star to my neighbor across the street, hopefully Dakota will take care of them too.

We recently had an issue when our yard maintenance accidentally mowed over our clean out drain cap. We contacted 5 Star Home Services, and James Ashley came out to provide an estimate. From the very start, James was thorough, professional, and patient. He used his video scope to show us in real time what was happening inside the line and carefully assessed whether any damage had occurred. He did not stop there. He walked the property to locate the second access point and even had us run water tests to help determine the situation. To our relief, it turned out to be a simple fix, and James was able to return the very next day to complete the repair. Throughout the process, James demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. He was careful with our yard and property, took his time to clean up properly, and treated the job with the care of a true professional. This stood out to us especially because we have had other companies do work in the past who left things messy, and even behaved unprofessionally on site. James is truly a gem, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of his work and the service provided by 5 Star Home Services. We would absolutely recommend James and the team to anyone in need of plumbing services. Five stars without hesitation.

The service was fast, friendly and awesome. I pay for the annual membership and it is well worth it for the great customer service and expertise. My only knock on the company and NOT the technicians, is that their system coordination lacks. I had rescheduled with enough time and had a confirmation but the schedulers don’t communicate with the techs!

Had new hot water heater installed and they were here on time and finished in two hours and they done a neat job and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend them for any job

Scott Peterson was the 5 Star technician who came to our condo to troubleshoot why our ac and furnace not working. He rather quickly discovered that a safety switch had been tripped in the furnace and fixed the problem.

Adam Elkins came out and serviced my failing thermostat. Quick to diagnose the problem, had the equipment on his truck for quick replacement. Called in the early evening and was able to get same day service.

My entire experience with this company was excellent from the initial phone call until the sweet cooling air poured out of my vents. Dallas was the service person I was lucky enough to encounter. He had us up and running in a short amount of time. He gave us practical advice on maintenance and was so friendly and informative. I will be using their services in the future.

My wife and I have been customers of Five Star for many years. They can be trusted to be thorough and fair.

They work seven days a week and had a guy at my house on Sunday by 2pm. He had the bad part in our super old AC unit in his van, swapped it out quickly, and we were back to comfortable in the same day. He also priced a full new unit and furnace, and ran over some financing options with me as part of the service. I just might do it.

Did a thorough installation, gave much care to a neat install, unit performed properly, answered all my questions, and area was left clean.

A little disappointed the technician didn’t arrive until 2:30 even though within the 5 hour window! Jy had measured for how much material he needed! When he called the supply person, no one answered and had to wait 10 minutes for him to call back! Waited almost an hour for the humidifier to be delivered and Jy was here until 6:30 when finished with the job! Although Jy was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions I had! I just wish he had all he needed on his truck to complete and finish the job so it would have taken only two or three hours instead of four! Had to pay an extra $200.00 for the fan model instead of the bypass model! Would have paid close to the same anyway for the bypass model because Jy said he would have to do a lot of modifications and would have cost more in labor and materials! Jy tested the system out and it worked great with the furnace!👍🏻

I woke up to a horrible water leak on my main floor 1/2 bathroom. The basement was starting to flood. I shut the water off to the entire house because the valve stop was broken. I called this excellent company. They were able to replace the valve leak and get water back to the rest of my house. The professional who was called to replace the valve stop done a thorough inspection and noticed that my tank was cracked. I was able to pick out a new toilet on his tablet. Very pleased to hear him so he would be installing it tomorrow. 10 stars if I could.

5 star is the best. I deal with them all the time for my 2 rentals and my parents house and never had any problems. Dakota and Ethan came early at 830 am and installed a furnace/air condition. They worked until 330 pm and did a superb job.

Mitch was amazing! He called when on the way to the house. He tuned up our AC and went through his checklist of things that needed attending to. He was highly knowledgeable and professional.

Brandon was very pleasant, courteous and attentive to an issue we had encountered. He did a thorough testing of that issue and completed the fall safety inspection/maintenance. Tech Cody came out inspected area of concern. He was very professional and friendly. Answers all questions asked with our understanding.

George Walters was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Explained the cost of repair upfront before any work was performed, and also explained the work he had done to fix the problem once completed. I would highly recommend Mr. Walters.

This was my first time using this Company, and if I ever need HVAC in the future, I’m gonna call them. I was able to make my appointment at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and somebody was here by 6:45 PM. He was very professional and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Five Star is absolutely wonderful. Fred and Sarah were extremely helpful and very personable! They’re making sure we get the best price possible, and they’re working with our warranty company to try to get our problems solved.

Once again I had Brandon for my tech and he was thorough in checking out my system. He offered up some suggestions on thing I could do to help my heat pump last longer. He showed me everything he was doing and explained it in terms a non-HVAC person could understand. The price was good. I will definitely keep having Brandon come back for any issues.

Great service and problem was fixed!

We just had Kyle out to check out our tankless water heater (mind you it’s Saturday of a holiday weekend.) He was unable to fix our issue today however he set us up to be on his schedule Tuesday and explained so much about our water in this area and what exactly went wrong! He was patient. He walked us through how the warranty on the tankless would work. He talked to us about the need for a water softener which is part of the reason why our two year old tankless heater went out. He was five stars and more.

Eric did a great job! He did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system, complete with documentation and photos, and allowed us to make the right decision for our situation. In the end, we opted for a new system as the net price over time would be much more affordable, and give us the peace of mind that we need.

Grant did an excellent job with the install. I especially liked how he took time after the job to explain the details, answer any questions I had, and offer suggestions on how to improve airflow. Mason Plumbing has been outstanding. They quickly diagnosed my water heater issue (caused by an A/C leak) and installed a new heater the next day. When the original A/C company failed to show, Mason Plumbing sent Brandon, who found the installation had been done wrong and fixed it in 30 minutes. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and was just a genuinely nice guy. I’ll always call Mason Plumbing—and Brandon—for future HVAC or plumbing needs.

I had such a great experience with Mike as my technician. His communication was excellent, took his time to look over everything and advised me of services he recommended from mandatory to future work.
