So glad I found her. I saw her weekly at first now bi weekly. It's a safe place for me to express all my feelings, get them on track and my thoughts in order. She has a flexible schedule both in person and by phone.

I’ve been seeing Deirdre on and off for over 20 years. Deirdre is the best social worker I have ever seen.

For a little over two years I have been haveing weekly sessions with Deirdre. My whole life I have tried therapy and most places I went to, I usually would be turned off right away. At First Step Therapy I felt comfortable right away. Deirdre has been extremely helpful in giving me the tools and confidence to come to healthy conclusions with all the goods and bads that life has thrown my way. I never thought therapy was good for me intill I started my sessions here. I have made major progress the last few years in my life and without the work I’ve been able to do here I’m not sure it would had been possible. I am so Grateful. Plus I must say the offices at First Step Therapy are very well kept and a comfortable environment to be in.
