We have a duplex that is west facing, with high patio windows. It was very hot during the summer, and we needed to cool down the rooms on the other side of the patio doors. Because it is a condominium, there are bylaws that govern the aesthetics of the development. So, we were bound by board approval. Phil came to talk to us about a solution using a Phantom Screen, a classic, retractable awning. It seemed like a good option. We went ahead with the purchase. The crew came out and did a good job of installing the unit. They were friendly, explained the product and demoed the unit. Out next door neighbours have the same unit so it was imperative that when both awnings were stretched out, they would match not only by design, but by matching the height of the awning. The crew did not disappoint. We recommend Solaris for their quality product, and for their great staff.

I had a roof installed covering my existing Patio. Our house is over 50 years old and the windows are right up against the soffit which made it difficult to attach a roof. Solaris installed the roof by attaching it to the fascia board. The height is amazing. The experience with the salesmen, engineer and installation crew was amazing!! The way the louvres are installed to open and close is impressive. The soft lighting with the ability to dim them or make them bright enough to light up my whole backyard is stunning. Highly recommend Solaris to make your backyard the envy of the neighbourhood!

We recently built a screen room on our lower patio under our walk-out deck, and Solaris assisted with installing the screens for us. They did a fantastic job. Everyone we dealt with at the company from beginning to end was stellar. Thank you to Landon for the advice and education on all the available products/options. A special thank you to all the folks who came out on site to measure & install - Ceasar, Riley, Ervin, & Sean. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and obviously cared about their work - they did an excellent job. Also thank you to the employees at the office who assisted with the rest: Pamela, Jordan, and Leslie. This is a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

A great experience. Phil was helpful in so many ways from guiding us in making the request to our condo board, to settling on size and colour. The staff in the office always responded promptly to my calls. The installation was efficient and the fellows were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. We love our Solaris awning, facing south we have blinding sun and heat, the awning has changed that for us. See photos for before (sun) and after.

Our frequently used den faces east, and our patio is outside the den. Both spaces are profoundly improved by our Solaris supplied and installed awning. The sales team and the installers did a great job in every way. This is a great addition to the value and comfort of our home.
