My husband and I enjoyed working with D throughout the duration of our build. It pays dividends to work with someone who knows the area- D was able to advise us on the specifics of our lot and saved us thousands of dollars and months of work by suggesting we negotiate an easement with our neighbor. He is always super responsive, professional, and quick to find solutions when issues arise. Building remotely, it was great to always be able to call him and check in on progress and we knew we could trust his advice. If I were to build again, I wouldn't hesitate to work with D again.

Llama Cove is a pleasure to work with. They are great communicators, honest, and they always have a solution ready to propose for any problems that arise. I am eager to work with them again on my next build and that is a rare thing for an owner to say about the GC at the end of a construction project.
