No pushy hardsell from this company. Stuart and James ensured that our conservatory conversion was carried out efficiently and was entirely stress free.  On completion, the site was left spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Absolutely OVER THE MOON! We love our new conservatory roof, we've just had it replaced today by Ideal Conservatory Conversions. Stuart, James and Graham are the best hands down. Everything they said they would do they have done, from our initial contact with Graham, he arrived on time and fitted us in for our survey at a time that was suitable for us and he couldn’t do enough for us. He talked us through everything, he knew exactly what we wanted and showed us loads of pictures. We knew we'd chosen the best. We received a call from Stuart in advance of the work starting, again he and James arrived on time and started work straight away. Such hard working conscientious guys which is so hard to find these days. They worked flat out and the results are amazing. We even added a couple of extra jobs and that was no trouble at all. The job was completed, everything immaculately cleaned to perfection. This has not only transformed our conservatory, it's transformed our home, we can already tell how much warmer the place is going to be and are looking forward to being able to use this additional space now and for years to come. Delighted with the conversion. They did it while we were on holiday and sent videos every day. The finished job was so good Stuart used pictures of it on his website. I have a conservatory that opens up to the kitchen and is all open plan. In the winter it was freezing and in the summer boiling. Stu sorted this quickly. Was in and out within the day and even installed lighting within the cieling. Now stays at an ambient temp and will save money on bills in the long run. Great service and would definitely recommend to others

We had our conservatory internally insulated just before Xmas by Stuart at ideal. Wanted to wait a while to be able to give an honest review. Stuart guaranteed us it’s would make a huge difference l, and he wasn’t wrong.. we’ve used it throughout this cold weather and can use it comfortably day in day out.. just wish we’d done it sooner. At the point of contact there wasn’t any pushing/pestering unlike the other companies we contacted. We just messaged Stuart to say we’d like to proceed approximately 3 weeks after our initial quote after receiving 3 separate quotes that were all way over ideals price.. would I recommend ideal to friends and family ? Yes I absolutely would and have done, my sister is currently waiting for her install date. This is how companies should be ran. Thanks for a great job

Just had ideal build us a full new insulated tiles roof, starts s great lad a will absolutely anything for you, we are thrilled to bits with it and highly recommend them, far far cheaper than there competitors that's also a great bonus, thanks Geoff and Teresa

I recently had my conservatory roof tiled by James and Stu, and I'm very happy with the work they did. They were both professional and efficient, completing the job to a high standard. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and how they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving the area tidy. Had a tiled warm roof installed on our conservatory by ideal and they did a great job, left no mess and were professional throughout. The space is now usable all year round. Would highly recommend ideal.
