Service was great for securing a jet last minute flying from Italy to Germany. Within just a few hours, our service representative Ian was able to find us a few decent options within a drivable distance for us to make our way to our final destination. He was super helpful, helping uncover all the possible options for our situation. Both of our pilots were lovely and our ride in a Phenom 300E was very smooth (albeit very loud, not the best for talking - however we nonetheless moved the seats around into a makeshift bed and slept nearly the whole time very comfortably). Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable service that will be able to assist with any of your needs during any timeframe!

I was searching for a small jet to transport me, my cat and large dog from The Bahamas to Nevis in the West Indies. Had an amazing experience with Priority One Jets. Ian was super accommodating and prompt in responsiveness; no waiting days for a call back or email response. The jets were clean, on time, he had a car waiting on site for us and it was all arranged with just a few calls. Recently we were permanently relocating from Puerto Rico to Florida with our two dogs. This was at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and when numbers were at their highest in PR. One of our dogs could travel in the cabin with us but, the other had to travel in cargo. We had done this once before with no problem. Due to COVID-19 only one airline was accepting mascots in cargo. The problem we had was that she would not be in the same plane we would be on. She would be traveling for 16 hours with two connecting flights! I was very impressed with Priority One Jets. We had a very difficult demobilization to arrange from Benghazi, Libya to Malaga, Spain. We had a lot of problems dealing with the Libya authorities which caused several changes and delays to the planned itinerary, but Priority always responded and amended their plans very quickly.
