James Guice went the “extra mile” to ensure my pool timer, freeze guard, and wiring problems were repaired quickly. It extremely rare to find an individual who cares about their customer’s problems/concerns to the degree that James does. The other pool company I used left me with a complete mess, pool was not running, wiring was in disarray.
