This review is for Chad, the BEST service technician I've ever experienced with Riverbend. All of the techs are nice, but we've had a specific problem for 4yrs that NO ONE has ever helped us with. He solved it in 60 seconds and taught me how to do it myself. In fact, when I called and asked for the service manager regarding this issue, they've never let me speak with him. I made sure I let Mr Tom know how great Chad is. All the people that put me through hell the last 4yrs should be terminated... just saying. I'll be happy to receive a credit for the service fee after all of that as well. Thank you Chad. I told Mr Tom to give you a raise ;)

Excellent service

Riverbend Sandler put in my pool in 2001 and has provided excellent service and repair for the last 25 years. Jonathan Lara recently came to clean my filter and replace a faulty valve. He was so pleasant and professional!! He texted me when he was on his way and always arrived on time.
