I had an issue with my pool motor. (I'd actually tried to fix it myself and screwed it up) JAMESGUICE showed up in big fancy Riverbend van with every tool imaginable. Victor helped us design a great pool keeping in mind the aesthetics of our space and Francisco delivered the build on-time with zero issues. Riverbends experience was rooted in trust and quality for us and we’ve been using the space and pool for the last 6 months. The maintenance department needs to be reminded to take ownership.

Yet another great experience with Chad a few weeks ago. I think what really impresses me most about this company is the quality of their people. And I truly believe that I am being treated just as if I was a member of their family. Great experience with James G. our service repair rep. He texted a day before to ask if he could checkout the equipment so he was prepared for the next day. He diagnosed the problem on the spot and spent the evening finding a replacement filter that was hard to find -- this all before the actual appointment. The appointment was then the full repair. Dedication to customer satisfaction. This will be my go-to for all pool related repairs and maintenance going forward.

Zach came out on the 26th and did a fantastic job with my pool, he found a problem and fixed it and assured me the filter pump did not need to be replaced - He was very professional and thorough- Based on this experience I might be contracting with him for future pool service. Thanks Zach
