Chad came out to diagnose and replace a timer issue with my cleaner pump. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is my first home with a pool, so the fact that he took the time to ensure that I understood everything is a huge relief. If you use Riverbend Sandler Pools, you are in good hands!
