James Guice has been handling repairs and maintenance for me for many years, probably 25-30 years. He is outstanding and a great communicator. Always goes the extra mile.

Riverbend Sandler designed and built our swimming pool based on our needs. It is everything we wanted. We use them for weekly pool service (cleaning and checking the equipment). They also clean the filter when needed. Response time to any communication from us is quick and resolute. My only complaint is that we picked travertine for our decking and were not told that each wet spring season, the ground might swell/shift and displace some of the stones. We keep having to use mason workers every year to address the issue. It would have been nice to know this was a possibility in advance.
