Riverbend Sandler Pools technicians have always been great. They clean out the pool every week and balance the chemicals, and are friendly and helpful and point out any potential future problems before they become major problems.

Matt Toney designed our pool and somehow in 5 questions with a set of survey tools, captured exactly what we were looking for. After multiple proposals from other builders lasting hours, it was refreshing to work with Matt. Francisco was our project manager and his crews are timely and clean. We were impressed with their efficiency, follow through and how polite and considerate they were. Francisco communicates clearly with a lot of positivity and detail. They actually beat their timeline as well so I cant say enough good about the whole experience throughout the entire build process.

I’ll update this, but I HAD to call and call and call and finally got a hold of Reba, I think her name was (hopefully thats spelled correctly), and she was like refunding you and pausing until this particular date and she apologized. Which I really appreciate. Riverbend has the absolute worst customer service. We’ve been calling regarding our monthly cleaning service for over a week and requesting to speak to a manager, still haven’t heard from one. They keep telling us ALL of the managers are out for the holiday weekend still. Just really frustrated that we can’t get any proper Information.
