We used Riverbend to build our pool about 3 years ago, and they did an amazing job. Recently, we have ran into some maintenance/service issues and Austin M has been amazing to work with. He is very responsive, he is fully competent on how our system work and is capable to make any repairs needed, and he does a great job communicating to me. I would highly recommended Riverbend for both the new construction, as well as ongoing service work….and thank you Austin for being so helpful!

Dennis G has been our pool tech. He is awesome! He is polite, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. He does not leave muddy foot prints on my hard deck (substitute pool tech did that one week). He follows up with answers in questions he cannot answer. He also empties the bucket that holds the leaves, seeds and pollen that we skim off the top of the pool (on the days he’s not there) on a weekly basis. He’s awesome!

Very good service. Great technicians. Great builders of new pools. One stop shop. George has been diligent in the execution of service.
