UPDATE: 03/25/26:
My pool was finished and I was very pleased. Juan Acosta was/is my project manager and he's been excellent. He helped today with a fixture I was having trouble removing. I know he's busy, but he dropped everything he was doing to come over and fix the issue for me.
My only confusion at the end of my project is this, and it's minor, but it does have me feeling a certain way.
I noticed in my designer's office when I first visited -- a set of basket with towels and cups in them that I assume are given to customers when their pools are finished -- kind of like when realtors leave you a gift after selling your home. It's a gesture, if you will.
Unfortunately, I never got one. It's not so much the items as the meaning behind it. And, to be honest, I decided as a result not to go with their pool care service because it made me feel taken for granted and unappreciated in a way. I know that may seem small or petty, but It's how it's made me feel.

My experience with Riverbend Sandler has been very positive so far (i.e., we're at the gunite stage). So far, communication has been clear and consistent. While there have been a few minor hiccups, they were quickly addressed and resolved, which I really appreciate. The project manager and construction team are professional, respectful, and patient, always making sure I know what’s coming next and when.
The crews show up on time, work carefully and precisely, and are very accommodating when I need access to my property. From the start, I’ve felt confident in their work and impressed by their organization. I especially liked being able to visit the showroom early on and walk through each stage of the project—it helped me understand what to expect and stay patient through the process.
Overall, I find Riverbend Sandler trustworthy and true to their word. They follow through on commitments and check in regularly to see how I’m feeling about the progress. I’m very pleased with their professionalism and quality of work so far and excited to see the finished pool.
