James Guice went the “extra mile” to ensure my pool timer, freeze guard, and wiring problems were repaired quickly. It extremely rare to find an individual who cares about their customer’s problems/concerns to the degree that James does.
The other pool company I used left me with a complete mess, pool was not running, wiring was in disarray. James help (and patience) in securing the right expertise to solve the problem was greatly appreciated.
Riverbend should be proud of James commitment to “outstanding customer service” that will definitely make me a loyal customer for years to come.

We were having an issue with our pool water fountain not working, and Jonathan Lara from Riverbend Sandler Pools came out to clean our pool filter. I was truly impressed with his work. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions in detail. It’s rare these days to find a technician who is this thorough and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job, and the service was more than I could have asked for.
