Zach is incredibly helpful and great at explaining how the equipment actually works. I called him with a few questions regarding our pool features, and he got on Facetime and walked me through it in real time. Great customer service from Zach!

My Polaris line became disconnected and my pool drained significantly while I was at work on Friday September 11. I was able to connect the pipe and fill the pool, but I was not able to prime the line. I had kids coming to swim on Tuesday September 15. I called on Monday morning on September 14 and worked with Dennis in the Plano office. The pool pump and Polaris had not run since the issue on Friday. Dennis got right on it! He had a supervisor at my pool Monday afternoon and the pump and Polaris up and running. I was able to swim with my visiting kids on Tuesday in a clean, functioning pool! THANK YOU, Dennis!!!

My pool was a green pond with my previous service. Riverbend Sandler turned that disaster around in just one week. Sparkling blue and clean ever since. My 100 lb. Golden Retriever loves it....as he is the real swimmer in the family.
