Just had Luke Rizzo service my DE filter and pool equipment. This was for my 6 month Custom Care Program. Luke was quick, professional, thorough and extremely personable. I give him 5 stars and hope Riverbend Sandler sends him back for all similar service calls in the future.

Yay, it’s done—and we’ve been loving every minute in our new pool and spa! We are absolutely thrilled with the design and craftsmanship of our pool built by Riverbend Sandler. From our first site consult to final walkthrough, Victor Ramirez was with us every step of the way. Salespeople often disappear after the deal is signed, but not Victor—he was professional, creative, and most importantly, ethical throughout the entire process. Building over the winter brought its challenges, but our project manager Francisco navigated rain, snow, and freezing temperatures like a pro. We couldn’t be happier with how the pool integrates into our property—it truly feels like it was meant to be here. Now that the sod and turf have filled in, we’ve breathed a huge sigh of relief and are soaking up every moment with our family. Looking forward to many years of memories in our backyard oasis!
