Few things to give praises I moved here originally in 1996. Had several pool companies bid. We chose Riverbend. The pool was incredible. I moved back here in March of 2026 and once again had four companies bid. Riverbend was not the cheapest but we chose them again largely because of the work they did in 96. Bert has been our project manager on our pool project. He’s been awesome. Very responsive and helpful. Went out of his way to get things done. Zac came out today to get our pump going. He’s the best! Smart, kind and helpful Matt was our initial contact who worked with us on design and recommendations. We highly recommend Riverbend

Tom Epting is an absolute gem with Riverbend, as is his team. From the pool’s completion, Tom guided us to truly understand the pool and how it works, and his team takes care of us throughout the weekly cleaning process. When we had an issue outside of cleaning, his team responded immediately. Amazing

I just wanted to drop a shout out to James Guice for helping me out on such short notice. My pool pump was making a high pitched screaming noise and completely locked up. James was at my place the next morning with a replacement. Very happy he took care of us so quickly. Thank you James!

Riverbend has been great - from the start, Eric made an amazing design and really just absolutely crushed it in every way. Bert was an amazing project manager and was on top of everything when it came for construction time. Mark really helped us with kick off and early on maintenance. Robert has been an amazing technician and when I had an issue pop up on the weekend, he was extremely prompt and on top of it to help me find a solution which I really appreciate going above and beyond.

I had an issue with my pool motor. (I'd actually tried to fix it myself and screwed it up) JAMESGUICE showed up in big fancy Riverbend van with every tool imaginable. He was patient, funny, understanding, engaging and professional. If only every service provider was as competent! The world would be a better place. Thanks James! Until next time.......
