I strongly recommend Matt Toney (Sales Consultant) and Francisco (Project Manager). Matt was extremely courteous, responsive, and patient throughout the sales process. As a first-time pool owner, we had many questions, and he walked us through multiple design iterations before we finalized everything. He also ensured Riverbend acted as a single point of contact for the entire project, which made the process seamless. Construction started in the first week of February with an estimated 12–16 week timeline, but the team completed everything in just 11 weeks (by the last week of April). Francisco was always available via phone/text, and the crews were punctual, professional, and efficient. While there were occasional gaps between phases, the overall coordination was solid, and all inspections passed on the first attempt. Post-construction support has been excellent. The pool has had zero issues, and the 12 weeks of maintenance included in the contract has been going smoothly. For the kitchen, turf, sprinkler-to-drip conversion, and river rocks, any minor fixes or questions were addressed quickly without much follow-up. It’s been 7 weeks since completion, and we’re enjoying the pool almost every day. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.
