The office team were always so helpful and friendly, the team that came out to do the work, worked hard and diligently, cleaning up after themself. We had a warranty issue with a screen which was really promptly dealt with and replaced really quickly. Always on hand for questions. We are really happy with our new system and already seeing how much better and efficient it is.

Called peninsula heating and cooling as our split system stopped working. A date was organised for a tech to come out. They ended up coming out a week earlier than organised. I recommend this company as their communication was great from Jo in the office to Hayden the tech. Hayden explained the issue which was fixed. Great customer service all round.

Called Corey from Peninsula Heating and Cooling today with an emergency and they happened to have someone working in the area of one of our Airbnb properties. They got out to the site, fixed this issue very quickly and went above and beyond with their service. Great company to call for all your heating and cooling needs. From initial quote through to installation everything was flawless. They turned up on time and were very respectful of our property. The Daikin units are brilliant. I’m glad to see the back of our old inefficient gas system. Should have done this years ago.
