We were after a privacy hedge in our backyard, to replace the olive trees that we had planted ourselves and were getting too big. Our problem was that we had a narrow garden bed along the fence and I wasn’t sure if any hedge would be able to thrive there. I initially wanted a Lilly pilly hedge but was aware that they are prone to psyllids and Myrtle rust. I obtained 3 quotes. 2 of them quoted me for exactly what I wanted- a Lilly pilly hedge. However, Christian from Winfield landscapes made me aware of the issues with Lilly pilly and suggested a less problematic species. He also suggested adding a 200mm retainer in order to add more volume to the garden bed to allow more space for good quality soil (which alleviated my concerns about the narrow garden bed). Christian was also the only one who asked about what kind of soil we had (clay). This gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing and wanted to ensure that once the hedges were planted that they would survive. We had the job done just over a week after accepting the quote and the guys did a fantastic job. They did it in a day and left the place tidy. Highly recommend these guys. As a 'getting older' couple who want to stay in their own home for as long as possible, we felt the garden was becoming too much for us to take care of. Christian came to discuss what we needed. Josh and Alex now come on a regular schedule. Because of their work we can now relax and enjoy the garden. We appreciate how obliging they are; nothing is too much trouble. They remember what is asked of them each time they come and also use their initiative to see what is needed. It is amazing how quickly they work and it is a pleasure to see the difference in the garden after they have been.

Christian and his team transformed our backyard into a beautiful and functional space . They were punctual and reliable and carried out the work as planned and did a really amazing job. We employed Winfield for a landscaping project to revitalise our backyard into a useable enticing space. Christian was awesome to work with, he was able to share his expertise and work collaboratively with us to bring our ideas to life. We would definitely use his services again for any future projects.

Winfield Lanscapes replaced our rotting timber retaining walls and levelled our slopping back yard. Christian came up with a design to suit our needs and his team built beautiful tiered steps to create separate level spaces using keystone blocks. Each level complete with its own garden patch. The retaining wall were removed and replaced with the same keystone blocks with full irrigation and paved pathways. We couldn't be happier with Christian and his team, and the work they have done. From our first meeting to the final product, they have been great to deal with and very accommodating towards our needs. We will be getting Winfield Landscapes back for more work around our property in the future and thoroughly recommend others to do the same!

Christian and his team from Winfield Landscapes did an excellent job of sorting out the paving the drainage around my house. It was a huge mess before he started the work. He removed the old pavers, cut out the roots that were lifting up the pavers, and did a very neat job of putting the pavers back in place. He went the extra mile by putting down tiles to help make life more comfortable. The tiles were generously donated by him to help me out with a patch that was tended to get untidy when it rained. He made sure to tidy up the place and to lay new grass so that place looks so much better than before. He did all this while working within a very restricted budget. I highly recommend Christian and his team for any work around your section.

We are absolutely thrilled with the transformation Winfield Landscapes accomplished for us! We initially asked Winfield Landscapes to address the moisture issues around our home by moving a substantial amount of earth, they went above and beyond. In addition to waterproofing and removing earth, they transformed our unusable garden section into a amazing, functional space. Their work included building retaining walls, a raised planter box, inbuilt stairs, and a beautifully paved patio area where we look forward to spending countless hours. Christian's communication was exceptional, overseeing the project seamlessly from start to finish. The entire process was remarkably smooth, thanks to their professionalism and expertise. We are incredibly grateful to Christian and his team for their hard work in creating a space we now love. We cannot recommend Winfield Landscapes highly enough!
