Customer Service to the max! This company even came out to my house after hurricane Beryl to assess the job and see what they could do even when I didn't have power. Then, when they came back to do the job, the tech worked extra hard to give my very tired carpet a top-notch clean. This company responds so quickly to communication and does all it can to give you what you need when you need it. Highly recommend!

Tevin came out this morning to clean our carpets and did a great job. We had some problem areas that had an odor so it required a little extra work which did cost more but he explained what needed to be done very well and it made absolute sense so we had no problem moving forward. Super professional, on time and the smell afterwards is great and I’m picky about scents in my home. Will use in the future and highly recommend to others.

Got a used couch from a family friend. It was completely permeated with dog smell and hair to the point where if we sat on it we would inevitably end up smelling like it when we got up. Called BusyBee and they came out the next day, did an EXCELLENT job, quick and efficient. The couch is basically like new now. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I’ll engrave that on my tombstone too. Check them out.

We had pet stains and some other stains to remove. My dog had been sick with a bowel issue and we also had a family member with an open gash that bled on the carpet. I was disgusted with the floors, but was hopeful the stains could be removed. The stains were so bad, so we needed a professional service to handle the mess. I only share details to help others with choosing the right carpet cleaning company. I was concerned it may not turn out well. The team was professional, timely and did a fantastic job! It’s difficult to see the progress without a before photo, but trust me! It is a major improvement! We are very pleased and will use this company again. A++++++
