Good service eg pleasant/polite interactions with all staff dealt with from entering the shop eg reception, optician during an eye test and other staff involved in the process of buying and fitting the glasses. Though break down of costs was discussed and agreed at consultation and total costs . I was not offered a copy of breakdown of costs etc only the 50% deposit and final receipt when collected the glasses.

The optician who did my eye test was very thorough and pleasant. The girl who helped me pick frames was very helpful and I felt confident that her opinion about the frames I chose was genuine. All the staff in the centre were friendly and helpful. Thank you.
