Amazing amd caring people! Such a great service for those with mobility issues. They went out of their way to make sure my mom could get home from the hospital later in the evening after her procedure was delayed. Special shout out to the driver John and to the dispatch team who put our minds to ease with their care and diligence.

Having seen many different public transportation companies over the years, I can see that Clinton Transit has their system put together nicely. Every public transportation company has its hiccups (just the nature of the beast that is coordinating a public service), but all in all, very smoothly run.

We use this service for my special needs daughter who doesn’t drive. They do a great job scheduling so she doesn’t have to wait long to be picked up at either end. Drivers are very friendly and prompt.
