Tech (Joe) came out to adjust fan speed setting to reduce blower noise after new blower and motor was installed last week. System still cools fine with less noticeable blower noise. He also suggested adding additional return air intake to improve system flow and performance.

I have NEVER been so SATISFIED with service as I’m with this company, every single time I need anything they send out very knowledgeable people that always do a great job! They are so GOOD that we purchased another unit for our daughters house and when her air conditioning wasn’t working on a Holiday weekend they had someone go and take care of the problem! If I had to rate them I would give them a 10+

When you call you get to speak with someone since they have the personnel to take care of issues. The techs arrive on time and get the job done while keeping you informed. I did agree to replacing 2 capacitors - one on Heat and the other on the A/C system. He worked efficiently and completed maintenance services and capacitor replacements in 90min at a fair market price. Joe represented his company at a 5 star level, and Mackey should value him as an employee. I would definitely recommend Mackey Services to anyone needing heating repair or any HVAC service.
