



After speaking directly with the owner, Ben, I wanted to update my review to reflect the full experience.
Ben is a great owner who truly cares about his business and his customers. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explain his perspective, and acknowledged how the situation felt from my side. It became clear that there was some miscommunication on both sides, as well as the electrician following company procedures that were not fully understood at the time. This was not the owner’s fault.
What stood out most was Ben’s professionalism and willingness to make things right. He was respectful, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving our experience. That level of customer care deserves recognition.
I’m happy with how the situation was handled and appreciate the effort to resolve the issue. Because of this, I believe he has earned a 5-star review. But I will give no star reviews to his electrician Patrick based on my bad experience.
If you ever have a concern or less-than-ideal experience with one of their electricians, I recommend speaking with the owner first. Sometimes miscommunication is the main cause, and they are willing to listen and work toward a fair resolution.
