Prime Electric was used to check an electrical problem involving a non working exterior light fixture that a commercial tenant was responsible for fixing. The light worked for a while and then stopped working. Prime was called to investigate as the tenant complained that his “electrician” said was a building problem. Prime made a thorough investigation of the problem and found the tenant had used an “electrician” who improperly repaired with interior undersized component wiring that did not comply with building codes and resulting in a fire danger. Prime documented everything that could be used legally to show it was the tenant was the cause of the problem. Unparalleled expertise and nice.
