Due to a localized electrical failure, half of the residence experienced a power outage, which proved to be a complex issue requiring an entire day to resolve. Even the owner assisted with the troubleshooting process, demonstrating exceptional commitment. The crew provided superb service and ensured the workspace was thoroughly cleaned upon completion. I truly appreciate their professional efforts. I most definitely call them again for any electrical issues that i can trust. Thank you Angel the assistance, Sergio and Ben for troubleshooting.

When I called Prime Electric, I didn’t have much hope for receiving a service on the same day. I was surprised to hear, that an electrician would attend to our problem on the same day. They were friendly and helpful. The young electrician who came to fix the problem seemed to have a proper training and did an excellent work within a reasonable timeframe. I definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We had to find a new electric company for a breaker panel upgrade after a different contractor failed to follow through on our contract. I am extremely grateful to have found Prime Electric. From the very beginning, Ms. Anzel immediately put me at ease. She was flexible and worked with our availability, she arranged the job appointment and coordinated with the technicians. She was so prompt, kind, attentive, skilled, sweet…I cannot speak highly enough about her. On the day of the job, Mr. Andy and Mr. Kenneth arrived on time. They were professional, respectful, efficient, clearly Experts in their field, and managed to complete the entire panel upgrade in less than half a day. I highly recommend Prime Electric to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical work. Thank You so very much!!!

Overall excellent experience!
