Beautiful couple that made our stay easy and carefree. The accommodations were perfect. They thought of everything. Amazing bakery below. Nice restaurants. Close to a grocery store and fruit stand. Cannot wait to get back and enjoy their lovely home again.

Tobias’s place is pristine , the apartment is in a lovely area of Sirmione outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town when it gets busy . Lovely cafes , bars and restaurants close by. Valentina gave great instructions how to find the apartment with easy check in . The bed was very comfortable and great air con when it got hot . Sirmione is easily linked to other places on the lake via ferry which is a beautiful way to travel on the water . Also a shuttle bus into the old town within a few yards which is very frequent.I can’t recommend the apartment enough, thank you for being such wonderful host and hostess .

We had such a lovely experience staying at Valentina's apartment. Accessing the property was very straightforward - Valentina even sent us a video showing how to approach which was super helpful. Her communication before and during our stay was exemplary - always friendly and informative. The apartment is perfectly located with a decent amount of bars restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. There is an artisnal bakery underneath the apartments which is superb with everything being prepared and served in the store. Bear this in mind if you should hear any noise during the night - it's just them starting their important work getting the dough etc ready for the morning 🥰 The apartment itself is extremely neat and clean and smells wonderful as you enter it and has every possible utensil we could have wanted My wife was delighted to find the hairdryer even had a diffuser with it!! Thank you so very much Valentina We will always want to come back... hopefully one day.

We had a fantastic stay in Sirmione! The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to all the main sights, restaurants, and the lake. Valentina was absolutely amazing—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We felt very well looked after. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! x

Wir haben dort 3 Nächte verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super gelegen. In umliegender Gegend gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze, die wir genutzt haben. Kommutation mit dem Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

My family stayed at the apartment for 1 week (2 children 8,11) and we really enjoyed it. The apartment was exactly like the pictures and very clean and comfortable. Bigger kids may struggle with room in the beds but for a small ones like ours, its perfect.The 2 terraces were a welcome addition and we used them regularly. Plenty of room for all 4 of us with good view of the very peaceful and picturesque neighbourhood.The neighbourhood itself is great with plenty of restaurants, bars and only a short walk to the lake for swimming and activities. We walked to sirmione town frequently as it’s an easy walk also and very beautiful scenery along the way.Valentina was very kind and helpful with any questions and always offering extra info regarding events in the area etc. Thanks so much for your hospitality :)Lastly don’t miss the bakery below the apartment. She’s got the best pastel de natas I’ve tasted including many more cakes. Easily the best bakery in the area.

Notre séjour chez Tobia s’est déroulé parfaitement. Depuis le début de la location Valentina a été aux petits soins pour nous.L’appartement est clair, bien décoré et se trouve près de très bons restaurant (et surtout la boulangerie en dessous) accessibles à pied. Il y a même un supermarché pas très loin. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement à côté et gratuitement.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Organisation war super – schon im Vorfeld gab es eine freundliche Kontaktaufnahme mit klaren Anleitungen für Check-in und Check-out, was alles sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Die Wohnung selbst liegt absolut zentral, die Arena von Verona ist in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und besonders angenehm fanden wir die vielen Ablageflächen, die das Wohnen richtig komfortabel gemacht haben. Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns gestört hätte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – eine absolute Empfehlung!

Fantastic, welcoming, helpful and communicative hosts. The apartment was impeccably clean, everything felt brand new. The location was superb for visiting the area and car parking is available within 20-30 metres of the door. The bakery on the ground floor was great with very friendly staff. We highly recommend this property and these hosts.
