We’ve been using them for years. These kind of repairs are expensive, but it’s so nice knowing that you get really somebody good. The young gentleman that’s come out the last two times is just terrific. We trust him a great deal. To be honest, he’s one of the main reasons we like the company. But we’ve also met other, super good technicians.

They were very quick to answer the phones, Todd came out to our house and looked at our unit, gave us options, and no pressure sales! We decided for a new unit and the price was very good!!! They were quick in giving us the time to come out and install. They were on time, worked all day, and it was installed the same day! We are very happy with our new unit. From start to finish we recieved excellent on time service. Which included a total removal of our 11 year old AC system to the Installation of our New AC System. The workers were efficient, went above and beyond, and were patient with questions and very informative. They also continued the work during some inclimate weather so as to meet time frame promised. The clean up after the job as well as the attention to detail during the work was an example of Journeyman/Skilled Craftsman which is so rare these days. Nathan is an excellent advertiser for the company. He has helped us before. I’m grateful for the thoroughness of his visits: e.g., he had a look at the venting in our attic and let me know its condition. I asked about heat pumps and he gave me the basic course in a few minutes and let me decide - with no annoying sales pitch - persuaded me it was a wise replacement for my aging a/c. Recently had AC problem and needed a repair. Airrific ordered the part promptly and were able to come back out to install it within a matter of days so I had cool air again. Dustin came out and did the repair. Was there on time. Explained to me what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very polite and very professional.
