It's been 5+ years since I've been to the dentist due to not having insurance so this first appointment visit was well needed. I had a cleaning, Fluoride treatment, 1 filling done along with your typical X-rays. I informed them prior to the appointment I was nervous as I have a huge fear of dentists. They entire team was very kind, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I was numbed for the filling and did not feel a single thing during the entire service. I'm extremely happy with Crosstown Dental Group of Hershey and I'm happy to have chosen them as my new dentist. I highly recommend their location. Truly the best team of ladies I've come across. Thank you Crosstown Dental for making my first visit comfortable and welcoming.

I moved here to the area in 2023 from Texas. Got on a new insurance plan, so I decided to put my dental insurance to good use and go to the dentist. It literally had been more than 12 yrs I had visited a dentist office. Due to lack of empathy and compassion. So I got recommended to Crosstown Dental Group Hershey in Hershey, PA. So I decided to give it a try, and I fell in love at my first visit. I was amazed, they were very friendly, nice, professional, they listened to all my concerns and questions about my dental health. They are very empathetic, caring and best of all extremely kind. Dr Khan and Grace are just amazing and sweet. Now enjoy saying I have a dentist appointment. Thank you so much to the staff. The tech explained everything to me very carefully. She answered all my questions with professionalism and empathy. Afterwards she explained what to do to help with the swollen gum.

Update to my review. This dental office seems to have gone through several staffing changes. Last time I was in they were still friendly, however, now I am beginning to feel like they don't want to help me anymore. I went in and they took me back and someone I never seen looked in my mouth and was telling me I need a periodontist and they can't do a cleaning. Then their doctor comes in takes a few looks around and recommended periodontal care. Not even an attempt to do a cleaning. I paid nothing when I left. Then recently I have been receiving calls and letters about a payment I owe them. They clearly didn't do anything but tell me that their recommendation is what would work for me and good luck. Can't return until I go see a periodontist. What a disappointment. The original staff in that office when I first decided to make an appointment and go was super helpful, friendly, they even did their best to do a deep cleaning and I was ok for a while and now I can't come back. That is ok. There are other options and medical offices that will be willing to help. I will never return to this office again. I'll pay their "fee" or whatever it is they are telling me I owe to just get rid of the headache. I could call and argue but not worth my time. The experience I had in this office for my first appointment was A++. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The staff in this office is super friendly and I can most certainly tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's been quite sometime since I have been to a dentist and have a lot to catch up on. They explained every thing in extreme detail down to cost for services and what to expect. They have definitely gained a customer for life. If you're looking for a dentist this place is worth checking out 100%. It does take a while to get in as a new patient but that's expected anywhere. They will add you to their schedule and will reach out to you if sooner openings become available. I am excited to get my smile back to what it once was. I'm already excited for my next appointment. Trust me you won't regret it!
