Super honest shop. I went in for a clanking sound in my suspension. My vehicle has an extended warranty for the subframe, so I suspected that was the cause. I agreed to a $188 diagnostic fee. They found a socket that was left from previous maintenance, and didn't charge me a thing. Hard to find people like that these days.

Stop by the Chamblee location and was greeted by a very knowledgeable gentleman as a Car Guy. We spoke about cars while they topped up my coolant have to say very knowledgeable. Very experienced will be providing them with my business. Going forward on any mercedes I may have any of my friends or a family or even my clients?

I found this place by default due to a horrific issue with MB dealership around a year or so again - and all I can say is, with the bad - comes the good! They were able to tell me exactly what the dealership had done and with their information, I was able to make MB dealership correct their error at no charge. Can I say that the damage that was done by the dealership was over 4k. Anyway, MBT of Norcross has been my go to every since. Service, integrity and professionalism is top notch. WOW!!! I’m extremely happy with the service I received from MBT. I bought a used 2016 Mercedes 2500 Sprinter back in May 2023. I had problems with my rear AC unit not cooling and eventually stopped working due to many issues discovered. They jumped right into action and resolved my issues. They worked with my warranty company to resolve my financial burden. Then, months later (October 2024) my turbo system start misfiring. Again, they jumped into action and resolved this issue as well with my warranty company. Finally, I stopped by MBT today (October 30th, 2024) to asked the cost of putting on some wiper blades that I purchased from Advance Auto Parts. They told me no cost to you Mr. Drane. All I can say is these guys provide excellent service better than than the dealer.All I can say is try them, you can’t go wrong. I promise.

This is my second time coming to the MBT of Atlanta in Chamblee and when I’ve come I have been warmly greeted, provided with honest recommendations for my car, and satisfied with the repair. Danny has been the primary person to help with recommendations and estimates and each time is a joy to work with! The first time I came and had the front panel replaced on my panoramic sunroof. The team was quick with the repair. Today, I came to get a quote for a bumper repair and while I’ve been to places that would be quick to immediately charge for the repair, Danny offered to try to buff the bumper to see if I’d be satisfied with the result before I pay for a repair. His work did the trick and I was extremely pleased! I’m grateful for his willingness to do this and for his recommendation, which saved me almost $1,000! MBT is my GO TO place to service my car! Hands down the BEST! I have been coming to them for the last six years! Recently I had several minor and major repairs done from battery replacement, alignment, mounts, A1 service, spark plugs, etc. ( all very timely, necessary repairs) During that span of time I got a check engine light twice and brought it back twice, David and his team were on point with the code and the problem (I took it to Advanced Auto both times to have an OBD reading done, googled the code to check if I was safe to drive my car 😉). David personally checked my car and fixed the problem and gave me his cell phone number to contact him if I had any further issues. I brought my car back a third time and David personally drove my car with me when I thought I had vibrations after my mounts were done (which ceased on my way to have him check) he showed me the under carriage of my car to ensure me everything was in good order, mounts, brakes/rotors, tires, transmission, he went over it all!! My car runs like it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot purring like a kitten! These guys are honest! As a female I feel confident I will not be taken advantage of and my car will be repaired with excellence and precision! MBT is the ONLY certified mercedes shop I will have service my car!! I initially gave them 1 start due to the below: “I have 2 Mercedes’ that I bring in regularly. What I did not like is a recent 3% extra charge if we use a credit card, really??? Why was I not told before I booked an appointment? I will no longer be going here.” However- after having received further clarification (See owner’s response below), it’s fair to update my overall experience with MBT to a 5 star. I bring my 2 Mercedes regularly because of the fact that they’re REALLY GOOD at what they do. The fact that I wasn’t made aware of the new policy made me believe that we’re being ripped off.

Best Place ever to bring your car, honestly! customer service was excellent and Jonathan was nothing but helpful. I had a loose bumper and I’ll need to eventually replace it; however at this moment I am not prepared to do so. Dan promptly, professionally and skillfully addressed my issue and replaced a few screws that had been damaged on the bumper which will enable me to get around until I am able to get the bumper completely replaced. I went to MBT because my daughter’s car was making a strange noise that was seemingly coming from the interior of the car. I knew that the noise wasn’t a safety issue because she had been driving it with the noise for several months. However, it was an expensive car and the noise was getting louder and more and more annoying. I explained the problem and agreed to pay $168 for a diagnostic. The guys were very nice and didn’t belittle the fact that the problem was just an annoying noise. Dany and I did a test drive and of course, no noise! I had a recording of the noise so Dany listened to that and made a few guesses. He spent some time working with the seats, windows, etc but couldn’t find anything. I offered to pay the diagnostic fee before leaving but he refused to take it. He even made a phone call to see if the car was still under warranty, and since it was, he recommended a Mercedes dealer. The fact that he spent a good deal of time with me and then ended up sending me elsewhere proves that he values customer service above making an easy buck. If my daughter’s car ever does have a serious mechanical problem, I will most definitely take it to MBT in Chamblee.

Nice shop with excellent technicians. I walked in with a really bad vibration from my tires but thanks to Dan and Brandon the problem is completely fixed. The dealer quoted me $12,700 to replace a transmission on a 2015 with only 70k miles. MBT took the time to drive and accurately analyze the problem and fixed it for less than 1/10th the dealer's quote. David also took the time to drive me and explain exactly what was going on and how they fixed it without replacing the transmission. They treated me like I was a close relative. They are in my opinion the best Mercedes mechanics in the state.

Was looking at a car out of state and chose to use MBT of Atlanta to do a PPI on an E63 AMG a local dealer had for sale. The technician doing my PPI took the time to call me on the phone and even face time me to show me issues that the dealer had concealed. He was very clear and thorough and I was able to use this information to make the right decision concerning the car in question.

This place ROCKS! I took my 300GLC into a reputable European mechanic business in Buckhead and their diagnosis related a fuel injection replacement at over $3000. MBT diagnosis related it was merely use of low grade gas and it's impact on my engine for under $300. Most of use place a lot of faith in these shops given we do not know much about the engines, and therefore, we are misled a lot of times into doing things not necessary. MBT showed me you can trust in a mechanic and I thank them for that. Lifelong customer after my experience with them!!

The Great Master Technicians at this business replaced the auxiliary battery in my mercedes cla 250 a week ago and I haven't had any problems. The auxiliary battery malfunction light came on. The eco function did not crank my car up when pressing on the gas. That problem happened only once. I went to MBT because my car shop shutdown for a week. MBT work is quality. The owner drove my car until it reset to ensure my happiness and I am extremely happy I chose MBT. I was impressive with the 5.0 rating. Quinn has good customer service. All workers were great. They offer great customer service. We had my mom-in-law's car worked on at this shop before. One day her car won't start while she was doing groceries. David came out and diagnosed the problem in the parking lot of the grocery store. He had his tow guy pick up the car from the lot to bring to his shop. He took care of everything and gave us a call when everything was done. His staff was very professional too.

I just bought a GLA Mercedes 250 with extremely low mileage, my check engine light came on for the 2nd time. The first time the dealership "fixed" it but it also was not Mercedes-Benz dealer or certified repair shop. I searched on Google and found MBT called and was able to bring my car in right away! A diagnostic was performed on my car and thank GOD it was a minor problem. The owner was friendly, honest and great!

I have been here multiple times and they are amazing. The owners wife works the front desk and she knows me by name, every time I walk in she remembers exactly what we spoke about on the phone. I rarely take time to write reviews but this place is amazing. I have owned three Mercedes in the past 6 years, so I am somewhat knowledgeable of these vehicles. I came in with a engine check light on my 2 year old C Class. The staff said I need to pay $149 for the inspection cost up front. I know the vehicle is under warranty, but I don't want to drive another 15 minutes to Buckhead with a shaking car. After 20 minutes, the owner came out and told me he fixed my car! He also did not charge me and told me that I need to go to Mercedes dealership if problem like this arises again so I don't have to lose anything out of my pocket. He really put customer's best interest into his business. I will continue come back for my services!
