For anyone who is reading this, I am writing this review after my 11.5months stay at one of Bow’s managed properties in Maribyrnong. I want to sincerely thank Lisa Schweizer who stood by us and listened to every concern and requests we made. Though a lot of things were out of her control, she tried her very best in navigating and finding alternate ways to sort my problems. I have a bad neighbor who has caused multiple issues and made my stay horrible and there is a limit to what agents can do but Lisa didn’t leave us hanging and took steps to inform the owner and tried to help us. The owner even came directly to speak to us which was so kind of her. If it was not for Lisa, I would have left the property before my contracted period. My experience with Lisa and Bow Residential has been very positive and I thank her for her service and commitment to support her clients. Best of luck Lisa and stay the amazing person you are.
