I started my journey with Dr. Malik. He is fantastic, and made me feel comfortable. He was very empathetic with my background of having cancer, and went above and beyond to help me. I was a bit nervous when Dr. Thompson had stepped in for a family emergency for Dr. Malik, but he too has exceeded my expectations. Everyone is very personable here. They make me feel welcome every time I'm here, listen to my concerns, and answer all of my questions. They will accommodate all of your needs if they can. Dr. Thompson always makes sure I still have a great smile when I leave. It's been a long process for me because of complications I knew could happen. Now that that part has passed, it's time for the try-ons. José won't settle for imperfect and he listens to me when I say something doesn't look right, so there have been a few trips. Hopefully, next week is the last trip before the mock-ups. I will write an update when my journey is finished.

My mother-in-law (MIL) was in need of a new set of dentures and through my research, Cleveland Dentures and Implants had extremely great reviews so it seemed to be the obvious choice. The entire process was great, from making the appoint to the consultation, the assessment and when we came back for the “test fit” to the final fitting. Everything was seamless. The staff were extremely nice, professional and thorough. In the end my MIL was extremely happy with her new smile. In the past, she has had to deal with the adjustment of her dentures fitting over time and pain but, this time, she had no complaints. This was an all around exceptional experience and I would recommend Cleveland Dentures and Implants to anyone in need of their services.

My mothers dentures where thrown out at a memory care home. Mom was moving out of state and needed her situation addressed immediately. Cleveland dentures stepped up and was able to have her new dentures ready prior to her move.

It was disappointing because I was lead to believe it was affordable and it’s not but the service was excellent and friendly but 40,000 dollars is a lot for fake teeth and I was disappointed at the price
