We had the pleasure of working with Chad Stewart today. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided us with a clear explanation of the work that was needed and his recommendations on the service. He was able to identify the problem that we were having and provide solutions for the heat pump unit. I would highly recommend Lowry‘s. From the first phone call when I made the appointment with the customer service representative to Chad coming out and helping us diagnose the problem and service the units, everything was exceptional.

David Grossmiller did a fantastic job getting us back to being comfortable in the heat in our home. The AC just wasn’t cooling and David came out to see what the problem is. Varments got the AC hose all chewed up & it needed to be replaced. He came out this afternoon (4/1/26) and worked on getting it replaced. Fantastic job David!!!
