Dog Watch provided a great solution for our yard, which can’t be fenced due to HOA requirements. We had the fence installed 3 years ago for our then 9 year old standard poodle who kept escaping to the golf course for fun in the sun. She quickly learned the boundaries and loved being outside without a lead. Fast forward, we now have an 8 month old puppy who needs to learn, and Dave came out to add new boundary flags, fit the puppy for her collar and provide a training session. She already understands that the flags mean “danger”… we are so excited for her I have freedoms to romp around without a leash and get her zoomies done outside. David and his team at DogWatch, did an excellent job of setting expectations regarding their products and training. I would certainly refer David and his team to anyone interested in the SmartFence from DogWatch. Our dogs (9yo Lab amd 2yo golden doodle) adapted to the SmartFence after about 1 week of light training of two 20 minute sessions morning and evening per day.

I had Invisible Fence brand for over 13 years. Recently I needed a second collar and was astounded at how much Invisible Fence wanted to charge me. David at Dogwatch switched me over to their system, included 2 collars and some training for less than getting an additional collar from Invisible Fence. The best part is that the Dogwatch system exceeds Invisible Fence when it comes to ease of use and customer support. I can program each collar and I can set the distance of where my fence warns my dogs before they are corrected. Invisible Fence collars can only be programmed by their technicians who come to your home by appointment and you are charged at least a $150 fee. Additionally, the Invisible Fence collar batteries only last 3 to 4 months where Dogwatch batteries last a year. I am impressed and completely satisfied with my new Dogwatch system which is working great with my two Labrador Retrievers.

He’s serviced our dog fence two times now, once for the initial installation and a second time for locating wire breaks, reflagging, and fitting a new dog with a collar. The system is reliable and intuitive. It gives the owner the ability to adjust the correction without having to pay for a service call. Plus the collar batteries last at least a year or more. David is very fair in his pricing. I strongly recommend DogWatch if you need an invisible dog fence.
