Smart Mouth Dental Saving the world One Tooth at a Time Conveniently located in Twin Falls Idaho, near the canyon rim. Air Force Veteran-Owned (This devil dog crayon eater is kind of jealous, but I'll never tell him that.) He practically saved my life way back when I needed an emergency root canal on like a Friday evening after he already slaved away in his nefarious Dental realm for the day, . He's like a dental emt and tooth ninja too! Blasting cavities, digging canals, polishing some enamel. Tooth-geek extraordinaire! I've been with Dr Patterson and the smart mouth team ever since. Excellent staff. Front staff know how to violate my credit card like the best of them, with a smile! Hygienists are wizards, absolute sorcery, witchcraft really, I don't know how they do it, but I keep coming back for more! Good communication, excellent calendar and text system. They take a lot of pride in their work and always get the job done! Well versed in scoldings of my bad habits, always pushing me to improve and making sure my teeth are A-okay every visit and if they're not, let's "straighten" them out! I'll be back!

This was by far the best Dental experience I had ever had! And I've had a lot. First off, I call Dr. Patterson on his lunch in kind of a panic. I have Heart failure and I have to get a defibrillator put in here shortly and I have a couple teeth that were absolutely horrible, rotten and broken off to the gums and needed to be taken care of before i can get my procedure So I explain my situation to Dr. Patterson along with the fact I have TMJ (Nerve pain disorder in the jaw line) and every other dentist I've gone to has had little understanding on how to get the work done without setting my bad nerve off. Which when set off it literally incapasitates me for days. well he had me get off the phone with him come in immediately! And his office was busy, I was shocked. He gave me a quick consultation which was very cheap. Like 60$. And like I said. My mouth needs a lot of work. He came up with a full game plan for us to get my mouth fixed up and then said for today let's get you out of pain and pull the 2 worst teeth. Not only did he have smaller hands which was nice he numbed me up so well that I literally was surprised when he said he had them both pulled out. It was so fast and pain less! It was 2 hours from the phone call until the end. I was so appreciative. Plus they had all of the latest equipment. The whole environment was extremely comfortable, and as an added bonus the Dental Assistants were Very Cute and extremely sweet and caring. The Doctor even called my cardiologist to make sure I'd be safe and took every precaution I felt, hooked me up to a heart monitor so he could make sure my heart never got beating too fast. Numbed my mouth so good i hardly felt a thing. The whole thing was just wonderful. The staff there really appeared like a tight knitted family and made me feel like I was apart of it! It was such a great experience and that I've scheduled Out to get the rest of my mouth fixed with them and I couldnt see myself going anywhere else! It's located right by Elevation 486. So it's in a very fancy place! But very affordable! And im telling you the gals in there are Cute! Cute enniugh to mention twice and Almost Cute enough to chip a tooth on purpose 😉. Dr. Patterson is a pretty sharp guy himself. I highly recommend this place! Especially if dental work puts you out of your comfort zone. I promise, you'll leave there very satisfied.

Love this place doc is funny and cares for his patients. This crew is awesome I would recommend to anyone. Super friendly all the time

I cannot recommend this office enough. I was in extreme pain and they took care of me on a Sunday. Extremely efficient and got me out of pain with a root canal. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Tom and the SmartMouth staff are wonderful! If you need dental work done in the Magic Valley, you really ought to look them up. They genuinely care about their clients. Bedside manner, professionalism, attentiveness, and the comfortable atmosphere that they create go a long way in taking the “dent” out of your dental work 😁

I really appreciated how SmartMouth cared about my concerns and didn’t treat me like I was just another sucker they could bill. I’m a really really anxious dental patient. Dr. Tom helped me out significantly and we came up with a plan to help make my stress less and get the work I needed done.

Had really bad teeth pain for the past few months. Tried to look everywhere else to help help me. They took me any immediately. after we called them and they got me in and removed. My teeth that were bothering me. But that does absolutely regret that this absolute favorite dentist 10 and 10 would recommend.

They got my in right away last minute when I needed it the most! Very helpful and made sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process, even after I went home, they called to make sure even was going great and went over overall care again! High recommend.
