I saw someone's review that said "Can the rest of the country function as seamlessly and easy going as H&H please?!!". I completely agree. Arrived at 8am to pick up a van and we were on our way in under 15 mins. (They ask for photos of your licence and some other standard docs in advance over email which saves a huge amount of time.) The Transit was virtually brand new, drove extremely well, and had even been cleaned inside. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful, even though they were working in between Christmas and New Year, and there was no attempt to try and get extra cash on return. (I did actually pay for the highest excess reduction when I booked online, just to minimise any stress). But overall it was cheaper than the big car hire companies. And a better experience than the car club vans (which now seem to be closing down anyway). I'll only come here for van hire from now on.

The booking online process was simple. Fair prices depending on need. There was an issue with the size of van I had booked for but was offered a quick solution at no extra costs and turned out to be better. Friendly staff too.

Prices were great coMPared to other local companies I found on google. The company is centrally located a short bike or bus ride from me which was great. Booking was simple and I had a follow up call from one of the admin staff. Providing drivers licence verification took a while but that’s down to DVLA. Pick up was straightforward although it’s worth noting you need a physical card for the deposit as Apple Pay won’t work. Ban was new, modern, and in great condition. Return was easy and straightforward. Thank you.
