Axminster Design & Build, what a Team! They built us a fabulous Garden Room to replace our dilapidated garage and workshop and the results are stunning. The main team of David, James, Dom & Richard (including Declan, Ash, and others) worked hard and with restricted access to create a stunning and useful addition to our property....large quantities of tea/coffee & biscuits helped I hope! We were fortunate in having the 'A' Team from Axminster Design & Build to construct a strong retaining wall and steps, install a subframe and decking, with a glass and chrome balustrade surround. This was to replace a rotting and very tired-looking wooden raised deck at the rear of our house; a crucial area as the house is elevated from the garden. The team are David, Jim, Dom and Richard. You couldn't wish for a better bunch of lads; hard-working and always cheerful with a positive attitude. There was a great deal of upheaval during the initial demolition and groundworks, but they exhibited attention to detail and progress was fast. Communication was excellent throughout. Finally, despite our garden being subjected a digger and other powered-trucks in the initial stages, they made great effort to leave everything in fine order. Thank you Axminster Design and Build.

Axminster Design and build completely transformed our holiday home in Lyme Regis. We have had the home for many years but it needed a renovation with extension, new kitchen, bathrooms and reconfiguration of the bedrooms. Although the project took sometime it was well worth it. The quality of the build is absolutely fantastic. Although we have modernised our home, it has still kept its homely charm and holiday feel. We worked with Dave and Sam throughout and they were always so helpful and gave us good advice. Always going to that extra length to make sure everything was done. This was really important as we weren’t there much of the time but I could always ring them and they would sort everything out efficiently! All the tradespeople that’s worked on the house were wonderful. Simon, Jim, Jamie, Liam, Tom, Sunny are a few that were so friendly and did the most magnificent work. It’s so nice to have a had a good experience and been able to work well with all the team. They really were all so lovely. The house is great. We have got a new large kitchen ideal for entertaining and fantastic bathrooms, lovely bedrooms and new garden. The house really does feel high quality. We can’t wait to get down there for the weekend!! We highly recommend Axminster Design and build.
