I have never written a google review but feel compelled to share my wonderful experiences with Daniel - not just his absolutely calming and transparent outreach to me as a patient on a personal level, but to the care he has provided to me on a professional level. I have been in therapy for many years with several other providers and then found Daniel. His positivity, friendliness, and understanding are everything to me! I was diagnosed with adult ADHD several years ago, which answered many questions, but other questions remained. Resolutions from other providers were just take this or that medication, without really delving into my individual situation. Daniel's approach is scientific and based on MY issues - looking at symptoms and not pushing one treatment or the other, but a treatment plan for me as an individual. Also, a major issue, I have suffered from insomnia for many years. I have run through the gambit of medications from other providers, and nothing has worked. Again, Daniel's approach has been to LISTEN to my issues and TREAT my issues - in my case a couple of different approaches that have worked and changed my life, seriously. I could go on and on, but the point is that Daniel is one of the best out there.

Daniel has been incredible in helping me manage both ADHD and anxiety. He really knows how to balance medications for multiple conditions and explains the options clearly, while also suggesting non-medication approaches that make a difference. I always leave feeling confident in the plan and supported in my care. I’ve also seen a difference in my productivity and my anxiety levels are manageable.

Dr. Mattox is very knowledgeable and understanding, he makes you feel seen and heard. He thinks outside of the box to find the right treatment for YOU.
