We have used J&K several times now for flooding and mold in our previous home from a huge tree limb coming down busting into our roof and mold started in our new home from pipe bursting in our basement bathroom. Jimmy and his crew came out promptly with a giant air mover and dehumidifier, plus demoed the drywall, scrubbing, and mold remediation and products. They worked really really hard and now the areas are clean, fresh, better than before actually! They are such a nice family and crew. So responsive and caring! We tried Servpro at our previous home before finding J&K and Servpro was a disastrous mess and took our money and left us a mess. J&K actually cleaned up Servpro's mess and more! J&K's pricing is very reasonable! It was a real pleasure working with J&K and really appreciate them. We can't say enough about J&K and will always use them for any clean ups!

Great experience with this company. I was very stressed out after coming home from vacation to water damage in my basement. Jimmy was able to come out very quickly to start work and clean up, which helped alleviate my stress. He worked quickly and professionally and has been very responsive in all communications.
