I contacted the the taxi shop in January looking for a particular spec vehicle I spoke to Edward they didn't have what I wanted then a few days later Edward called me back about the vehicle I was looking was coming in on a part ex in March perfect that set the wheels in motion and it got delivered today by Joe excellent guy again good communication called me 30mins away all worked well very smooth operation from start to finish great communication from Edward would highly recommend and will definitely use them next time round

5 stars just isn't enough!! The Taxi Shop was recommended to me after I had a few issues with one of their competitors, and quite honestly I am so pleased that I went to "the Taxi Shop" instead! Josh was so helpful and very knowledgeable, I went to him with a particular car in mind, and after he'd asked me a few questions about what my main requirements were, he suggested a far more reliable and economical model, and more importantly, it looks stunning and drives like a dream!😅 Josh understood my urgency for buying a new car, as my old one died, and obviously no car, no work! But at no point did I feel pushed into buying the first one that could be delivered. That being said, as soon as I had made the decision to go ahead, Josh was totally on the ball, he kept me informed throughout, he explained the whole process, was very honest about lead times and delivery dates and he was very true to his word! I can't recommend the Taxi Shop enough. So thank you Josh, for your knowledge, your very friendly manner, and all of your hard work! 😁 My car is beautiful.... shame its a taxi... but hey ho!!!😂

Just bought a Ford Toureno off the Taxi Shop. I must say Stuart was very attentive, on the ball and very helpful and the vehicle has arrived as described, in immaculate condition.
