



I can’t recommend the small group sessions enough! James, Francis, Tom, Dom, and Sienna are brilliant instructors - they are so encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. They also notice every little detail in your form, making tiny corrections that make a huge difference to the effectiveness of each workout.
In just over 6 months, I’ve lost over10% body fat, have so much more energy and feel stronger. The best thing is I never dread a session. Each session is different, varied, and tailored to your needs. The other members are so lovely and supportive too, it's such a friendly, motivating environment with all different abilities.
Starting back postpartum was the toughest time for me to get back into exercise, but JB fitness has completely changed my outlook. I feel stronger, more confident, and happier than ever. I’ll never look back!
