I can’t recommend JB Fitness enough! I’ve been training with them for almost 2 years, and it’s been a game changer to my health and fitness. As the sessions are flexible to book and only 45 mins (but intense), I have found that it’s just become habit and I’m reaping the benefits from that consistency. James and his team are F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S, it’s highly focussed but welcoming – the community is all genders, ages and fitness levels- it’s not the least bit intimidating (and we have a laugh). We train in small groups but everyone’s programme is different and the trainers really do get to know you – it’s personal training but not personal training prices 😊

Training with JB Fitness is fantastic. At the start of the year we needed motivation to get back into exercising regularly and it turns out James was a perfect choice to help us with that. Sessions are always fun, with new exercises to try and you are always being pushed to lift, run or row a few more sets than you thought you could. I would definitely recommend JB Fitness.

Great team and clear results. I have tried personal PTs and several gyms and classes over the years. Weight lifting was always a struggle and a chore. I have been attending JB Fitness for 18 months now and I have never committed like this to a program before. The sessions are challenging but manageable. The group setting inspires motivation and a sense of community and the team are experienced; attentive; encouraging without being pushy; and mindful of your limits, injuries and personal goals/challenges. It is a very safe space, especially for women. Highly recommend. Shout out to the team JB, Tom, Francis, Dom and Sienna. Thanks and keep it up!
