I've been training with James and the team for a year and a half and have just increased the number of sessions I go to per week. James and his team are motivating, encouraging and considerate. They take special care of each and every one of us, adapting exercises to any injuries / needs whilst helping us to get fitter and stronger. James never hesitates to go the extra mile, being flexible with sessions, payments and generally checking in to see how you're doing. I highly recommend JB Fitness!

A personable service tailored to one’s needs. Very well organised. Quite a few sessions every day so one can choose whatever is best for their time table. It accommodates short and long term needs. You get good care during sessions. I am very happy that I have started working out at with JB Fitness.

I signed up to JB Fitness about a year ago to get in shape for my wedding. I have previously tried, spinning, Barre, running, PT's at the gym etc ect but this has been the best in terms of routine and results. I am really happy with how my body has changed and generally feel a lot happier and healthier. James and his team are also great !

I can’t recommend the small group sessions enough! James, Francis, Tom, Dom, and Sienna are brilliant instructors - they are so encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable. They also notice every little detail in your form, making tiny corrections that make a huge difference to the effectiveness of each workout. In just over 6 months, I’ve lost over10% body fat, have so much more energy and feel stronger. The best thing is I never dread a session. Each session is different, varied, and tailored to your needs. The other members are so lovely and supportive too, it's such a friendly, motivating environment with all different abilities. Starting back postpartum was the toughest time for me to get back into exercise, but JB fitness has completely changed my outlook. I feel stronger, more confident, and happier than ever. I’ll never look back!

I have been training at JB fitness for about 7 months now and cannot believe how much I am enjoying it. Never thought I’d actually enjoy working out but the JB team are all so approachable and so nice (while also being the right amount of firm!!) they always switch up the plans so you are trying new things and the 3 block format ensures you are always getting a full body workout. Have seen real progress with my fitness and weight loss goals and am delighted that I’ve finally found something that works for me. Couldn’t recommend enough.
