Stress-Free Move Thanks to Felix and Hilbert’s Teams I recently completed a long-distance move from Boston, MA to Sarasota, FL, and this was my first time using Michael’s Moving and Storage. Overall, I had a very positive experience and wanted to share my appreciation for both teams involved in the process. The initial team, led by Felix, handled the packing and loading in Boston. They were extremely professional, organized, and attentive to detail. All of my furniture, including fragile items and my piano, was carefully wrapped and secured. It was clear they took pride in their work and made sure everything was properly protected to prevent any damage during the move. I would especially like to thank the unloading team led by Hilbert. They did an outstanding job upon arrival in Sarasota. One of the biggest challenges was moving my piano to the second floor, especially since there was no elevator available. Despite this, Hilbert and his team handled everything smoothly and efficiently. Their coordination, care, and professionalism truly stood out, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy. Everything arrived in great condition, and the entire process—from loading to unloading—was handled with care and expertise. I am very happy with both the loading team led by Felix and the unloading team led by Hilbert, and I sincerely appreciate their hard work. Thank you to both teams for making my move such a smooth and successful experience.
