They worked with me seeing as I didn't have tons of money set aside for my repairs!! They have financing options for repairs if you want to go that route!! Great group of guys working there!!

I was on vacation in Rochester, New York when my brakes began to grind. I had a very small window to have them looked at and repaired. After a Google search and reviewing different companies, I called Independent Car Care Center in Irondequoit (I appreciated their honest response to a one star review). I explained my situation and the person checked with his staff to make sure they could take a look at it that day and they were able to fit me in. I dropped my truck off at 12:00 PM, they called me with a diagnosis and quote by 2 PM, had the repairs completed by 4:30 PM and the price was more than fair!!! The person at the front desk was nothing but kind, helpful, and respectful! I highly recommend them and would give them my business regularly if I still lived locally! Thank you ICCC for the peace of mind and a safe trip home!

Jeff and Cody were able to get my daughter's vehicle in to fix the AC the same day I called and they had it ready in about 4 hours when other places told me I'd have to wait a day or more before I could even bring it in. Cody even comparison priced the OEM compressor vs knock-offs to offer the best value (OEM was almost the same price as knock-offs, so I went with OEM).Their price for the whole job was competitive and the work was well done. Their 2-year/24000 mile warranty also provides peace of mind. Thanks!
