We couldn't recommend Sue and Caulton highly enough. We chose them based on their Google reviews when we were desperate for a structural engineer in the area and we were not disappointed. They were able to visit the property and turn the report around really quickly and went above and beyond to communicate with us throughout. They were kind, extremely professional and thorough in their investigations. I only wish we had found them sooner. The property they visited for us has fallen through and the one silver lining is that we now know we will be able to call on Sue and Caulton as soon as we find a new property. Ps. I've never written a Google review before!

CDR engineering services did a survey for us when we were purchasing our house. We were given a clear understanding of the process from the onset. The engineer Caulton was very professional and we received the report promptly. They also recommended us builders who renovated our downstairs cloakroom and we were happy with the work. Would definitely use them again!!!

CDR Engineer project managed and planned out loft conversion. Supplying the builder and great advice on materials at a reasonable price. The whole process was efficient and workmanship very good. We would definitely use them again for other projects.
