Faced with a family emergency and needing an aide for my ailing parents for a short period of time, I was referred to Lindsay at Helios Home Health Agency. Lindsay arranged for a meeting right away and immediately found someone whom both my dad and mom really liked. The aide she sent to care for my parents, Leonista, was kind, compassionate, diligent and communicative (which was important!). Dealing with Lindsay was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this agency!

I met with Lyndsay initially and we discussed what my Dad's needed were. She listened and was very empathetic to what our situation was and provided us the perfect match - Fania! Fania was a g-dsend! Her hours were not easy (10pm-6am) which is when we needed someone the most to care for my Dad. She was amazing tending to all his needs throughout the night. Before she left, she provided a full report from the night before, and when my Dad woke up, he would always ask when she was returning - that's a true testament to her character. True professionals!!

I’ve had an excellent experience with At Home Senior Care. The caregivers are great with my mom who is starting to have some memory issues and, after returning from the hospital with a fractured ankle. We needed someone to be available overnight and to help her in the mornings. I gave feedback to the office about which caregivers connect with her the best, and they do their best to schedule them consistently for her. It’s a relief to have a caregiver that you feel comfortable stay with her overnight. It actually allowed me to sleep through the night. I highly recommend the company.

In all the years of association with At Home there was never a gap in aide coverage. When the primary aide was unavailable for some reason, a temporary substitute was provided without my involvement.
