There are really no words to describe our experience with Debbie buying a house in Vallejo during the hottest real estate market in history. Part of this of course is a bit of luck but she played both buyer and seller agent. We had built a strong rapport with her and trusted her to be as fair and transparent as she has been with past listings and she 1000% was. COMMUNICATIVE UPDATES AND SUPPORT Despite her busy schedule she always made time for us (sometimes multiple times during the week or same-day) to take us to view a listing or giving us a ring to talk through next steps. Her updates for us were always timely, even occasionally occurring well into the evening. Debbie made a stressful experience really easy for us. Everything was very clear and transparent. Our signing was complex as I was traveling. Debbie made arrangements for us and further, called me and stayed on the phone with me to explain all the paperwork. KNOWLEDGEABLE GUIDE She is knowledgeable about the market and various Bay Area neighborhoods. She really understood the market but was also very honest in helping set our expectations.
