moved here 5 years ago...i thought we had a leak...did the bucket evaportion test..it was normal evaporation...good to go...bought a auto water refill device to keep the level at normal range...all was good for 4 years...recently i had to change the hose on the refill device..turned off the hose..next morning pool was down 5 inches!...the week before got a letter from hernando water company "you are using way more water than you neighbors"..sprinkler system overuse? nope...got a well...hmmmm...ok...must have a leak..read reviews..called leak wizard been around 60 yrs!...had a tech show up the next day..Austin, great guy completely explained the situation...did a sound test..then did an underwater dye test with a snuba compressor, mask and weight belt main drain...all good...pool light?...bingo! the dye was sucking thru that hole behind the light like a tornado..went back down sealed it up with 2 part epoxy... wham bam thank you ma'am! leak sealed.. problem solved in under 2 hours for a $329 fee...plus he gave me a bunch of tips for future pool resurfacing when we do a renovation someday. very happy with the results..fast service and i would highly recommend this company...yeah some reviews werent good...but sometimes you have to consider the source...2 sides to every story.. i usually go with a local company thats been around the LONGEST..because theres a reason for that.

I had a great experience with this company for a rather fast leak. For $295, a technician came out and spent a lot of time examining my entire pool and spa. He used compressed air so he could be underwater for extended time, and he found the main leak was behind my spa light. Included in that fee I mentioned is a patch job. They could not guarantee it (sometimes they give a 90-day guarantee), but it's been a few weeks and still holding! I asked the technician his thoughts on the longevity, and he said he's seen/heard of some patch jobs holding up for years. Still, they also provided me with an estimate for a more in-depth / permanent fix in the final paperwork, which was also full of great detail. They also told me that they clear slow pool/spa drains! We had a recent pool renovation, and I think there's a bunch of debris down the drains/pipes, so I plan to have them back out soon for that. I see some people didn't have a great experience, but I'm happy to report that I did. I was literally adding at least an hour of water to the pool every 48 hours before this fix. They got me on the schedule quickly and were very detailed. I loved that and would recommend them for your pool leaks and clogs.

Leak Wizard sorted my pool leak out quickly. Austin did an awesome job and explained everything thoroughly. I am super satisfied with the work that was performed. I would highly recommend them.

Our in ground pool without attached hot tub was losing water to the tune of about 250 gallons a day. Over a typical month that's over 7000 gallons. Quite a bit of water, not to mention the additional salt used to keep the chlorine levels where they needed to be. I had another company check the pool for leaks and after 3 visits and a boat load of under water putty applied, we thought it was fixed and attributed the additional leakage to evaporation. It was not fixed and the leak only got worse over the months following. Leak Wizard has pretty good reviews, so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I did and I would highly recommend these fine folks to anyone with a pool leak. Teresa was my point of contact through the process and she was great. The technician that showed up was Austin. What a great guy. Side note, Austin, don't let your dog eat your glasses any more. Austin was thorough and explained everything he was doing, along with just being a great friendly and professional guy. He found the leak in the return lines at the bottom of the deep end and with compression plugs was able to isolate it and solve the leak. I check the pool level by where the water line shows on the tiles and in a week to the day, the water level has not changed. Results may vary for someone without a solar cover over the pool. It helps greatly with evaporation. The compression plugs are not the be all, end all repair, because the leak is underground, which will require digging and significant expense to repair, but it's no longer losing water. I adjusted the side jets/return lines and changed to smaller eyeballs for better water circulation and it seems to be circulating the water just fine. I don't think the deep end return lines will be missed. At some point we may look at a more permanent repair. I will go straight to Leak Wizard if we decide to take on that expense. There was one small issue that occurred and Leak Wizard resolved it completely. Our little ghetto water fountain that screwed into one of the jets broke as Austin was reassembling it. I provided the Amazon listing of what it was and Leak Wizard purchased another and had it shipped right to us. A perfect service recovery in my opinion. With so many companies doing the same work, one might be on the fence on who to hire. Make the call to Leak Wizard, you won't be disappointed. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Leak Wizard to a close friend or family member to take care of their pool leaks. Well done Leak Wizard!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. We had a very significant leak that suddenly appeared, losing about a foot of water every day. The first company that came out did not find the leak (which turned out to be under the deck), and weren't too interested in urgently sending someone out for a recheck. We contacted Leak Wizard for a second opinion, just randomly calling companies trying to get someone out quickly... frankly, just trying to find a company that would answer the phone. Their earliest available appointment was about ten days out, but Jeff came by on his way home anyway, within an hour of our call, and found the leak. So basically this company, which owed us nothing, moved mountains to get someone out in an hour while the other company, which already had our money, wouldn't promise someone for a recheck in less than a week... with a foot-a-day leak. Tip of the cap to Leak Wizard... hopefully no more leaks, but they're our company if we have one.

Shawn came out to our home to handle our pool leak repair and did an absolutely wonderful job. He was professional, courteous and completed everything timely and effectively. We are highly pleased with Leak Wizard and Shawn. Highly recommend if needing pool help!!

This is the second time we've called Leak Wizard to repair a pool leak (two different pools). Both times I've been very happy and impressed by their professional service and quick handling of the repair! Sean serviced our pool today and diligently searched for leaks and sealed the tiny crack he found. He was professional, friendly, on-time, and skilled. Highly recommend!

They were prompt with the initial response to our phone call. within 30-40 minutes Jeff had identified the leak location in our pool. The first company we used was clueless. Jeff was professional, courteous and obviously well knowledgeable in his field.

I was turning the hose on & refilling our pool for at least an hour every day . It's been a week since Jeff was here & I haven't added one drop since then! Thank you so much!!!
