We had Carlos and his team fix a disaster of a paint job by a friend that owns his own paint business. They repainted where necessary, fixed all the transitions, and repainted all the doors and window wells. Covered all furniture, masked where necessary, and dropped cloth everywhere. I just finished my home remodel with Carlos at Pro Custom Painting and Remodeling. My project was large size which included building out a mudroom, expanding a master bathroom, creating a closet and a hallway niche, and finishing a garage with attic storage. From day one to the very last day, Carlos was friendly and approachable. For the initial consult, he was early (even earlier than me) and left a great impression because he asked if he should take off his shoes when entering my home. Once I hired Carlos, he was reachable at early hours, later hours, and even weekends. Contractors in this industry are notorious for being bad communicators, missing in action, or disappearing mid job. Through my whole project, not one of those single problems occurred with Carlos. From the moment I sent a message on Yelp until after the projects were completed, he has had great communication and a true passion for doing great work. Carlos and his team designed and installed custom built in cabinets for our family room. It was a big project and they guided us and were extremely helpful every step of the way. We originally called Pro Custom Painting for a bigger job. We were very satisfied with the quote. Even though we decided not to get the work done, Carlos worked with me for a much smaller, yet more urgent job. A closet repair. Carlos and Oscar were on time(pet peeve), personable, and more than capable of doing the job at hand.
