The ladies did a fantastic job with our deep cleaning and refrigerator cleaning. They literally cleaned top to bottom. They are very quiet, and just work away. I won’t hesitate to use Abby cleaning again.

My clean today was a start up, deep cleaning for my new house we just moved into. Ashley, Nayda and Kevin were wonderful. The cabinets were clean, the windows weee free of tiny handprints, and my floors finally got the scrub they needed. They even gave a special touch by helping this mom get her room the deep clean it needed. Made my bed, we’re kind enough to set up my pictures I haven’t had time to hang beautifully on my vanity. Excellent. David, the owner, provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly accommodating and flexible with what was required for a job like this.. Overall just a nice and honest man. When Melissa (lead tech) and her team arrived, their professionalism was immediately evident. The home requires a lot of precision, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of with incredible accuracy. Melissa's attention to detail, along with the dedication of her entire team, was truly remarkable. The difference in the before and after is shocking. They did a fantastic job and are very professional. I have used their services for close to 2 years. The only reason I stopped is because I moved, but, hopefully, I find an equally competent cleaning service. It’s a small family business and do charity work in the local community so felt better about supporting them. They are detail oriented and can do deeper cleaning if necessary.

Abby Cleaning Company provides Bi-weekly cleaning for my senior parents. The girls are fabulous to them and do a wonderful job. Ashley is their favorite attention to detail is her specialty. If you are looking for this service you must give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

We have signed on to use Abby Cleaning for our 2 unit design showroom in Crystal Lake. There are a lot of decorative items and cabinetry here that needs to be handled with care as cleaning is being done and the gals who did our deep clean were so good about that. I felt like they genuinely cared about and respected our spaces and they did such a great job of leaving it looking spectacular. We have a woodworking shop too in the back that creates a lot of dust and gets the floors pretty dirty so they had quite a job to get them clean. They were SO clean when they were done and inspired us to get sticky mats at the workshop doors so we can keep them looking great in between cleanings. We are so beyond thankful to find such a great cleaning service that is affordable as well. We look forward to a long relationship with Abby Cleaning Service.

We had our house deep cleaned yesterday for the first time and the service was great. Skylar and Ashley were fabulous. They had amazing attention to detail, our baseboards have never been more white and perfect. If you are on the fence about hiring these cleaners, do it. The whole team is great. Rhonda the manager was awesome too with scheduling! They will be coming back for maintenance cleaning.

I have worked with Abbey for 2 years and they never let me down. Their account manager/customer service manager, Rhonda, is a god send who is always willing to work with you. Doesn't matter if it is billing, rescheduling or working around your pets. The girls that come to the house are so sweet and always do a great job. If you can't be there they are a crew you can trust to be in your home alone. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Just received a first time top to bottom clean from a couple ladies with Abby cleaning service. I work from home and they were very quiet and respectful without me even having to say anything! My house was Spotless, I am so happy and they really took their time cleaning every possible spot. The service was wonderful, even the person booking my appointment was extremely pleasant, informative and efficient. I’ve never used a cleaning service before and they definitely exceeded my expectations.
