Would highly recommend. Needed the ridge tiles sorting on a 38 year old roof, the cement was perishing. Brian recommended a dry ridge system with 10 year guarantee. Was able to be fitted in quickly as the roofer didn't fancy working on a 3 storey property in high winds! The verges were also cracked with water penetration so he was able to get those done at the same time with additional help. The guys did a super job, cleaned everywhere up nicely and were very friendly.

All in all, a really positive experience! We’d definitely recommend Brian and his team if you’re looking for an efficient local company with friendly staff. We initially called Fenland Roofline for a small repair but ended up replacing cracked slate tiles and upgrading the old felt to a breathable membrane. While it turned into a much larger job than planned, we really appreciated their flexibility. Communication throughout was excellent and reassuring; Brian took the time to talk us through the options clearly and fairly, and it was clear he knows his craft.

Brian and the team did a super job replacing much of our roof after our aging and leaky verge failed completely in the recent bad weather. We needed to sort our roofing problems quickly as water was pouring in with each rain shower and had caused extensive damage to the rest of our roof. Within two days Brian's team had stripped the roof, replaced the felt, batons, broken tiles, some of the roofing timber, and installed a dry verge, and new fascia boards and soffitts. Brian and his team did a fabulous job of replacing my roof felt, batons and adding dry verges. The team worked tirelessly through the wet weather to make sure the roof was secure and watertight. They even cleaned all the moss off the tiles as they replaced them. Great job, would highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Fen land Roofline Ltd, Brian did a great job of taking my chimney down into the roof and sealing the roof with new ridge tiles etc, he also discovered I had another problem with my roof and was able to sort that out for me on the same day, I was at work the day he did the job but he kept me informed with telephone calls, pictures and videos of what he was doing. Contacted Brian At Fen Land Roofline to carry out emergency repairs to a chimney and ridgeline, responded to my call promptly, discussed my requirements and managed to get a team out to my house within a few days. All work required from a survey was carried out efficiently and quickly and despite the last day being a wet Friday afternoon they cracked and got everything sorted. Lots of pictures of the work carried out, very happy with the work, attention to detail and the price considering it was very short notice. I would happily recommend Brian and his team to others. Special mention to Ross , who kept us informed of the works on site and stayed back late on Friday to finish off.

Fenland Roofline provided building services for fascia and soffit work, along with a full guttering replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They did an excellent job from start to finish, went out of their way to ensure everything was completed to a high standard, and paid real attention to detail. All waste was removed and the site left clean and tidy at the end of the job. The difference to the property is huge, it genuinely looks like a new house. Absolutely first class service and job, from start to finish. Brian quoted (in November 2025) for removal of foam insulation from my elderly mother’s roof, house built in 1920’s. Job entailed removing each tile and removing the closed cell foam insulation, then replacing the tiles and battens, as we wanted to keep the original tiles. Initially he said job would be booked in for April. We explained that the house is for sale, that time is of the essence, etc. He was incredibly responsive (and was all the way through the job, via WhatsApp which was perfect for me), and promised that it would be done by the end of January. Scaffolding was then erected just before Christmas, and the job completed on January 9th, having taken three days with Brian’s full team working on it - incredible! He sent me videos and photos all the way; found that several other bits needed doing (replacing gutters/fascia etc)… it’s a very old house and so we were not surprised. Brian made it so easy - said he would just get everything fixed and sorted - such a relief when you can’t be on site when they are there. All in all, we would recommend Brian and his team 100% - not only were they super polite and reliable, but they worked incredibly cleanly, and always left the house/garden looking neat and tidy at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend them - we were extremely anxious when we found out that no lender will lend on a roof that has been insulated with spray foam, but Brian reassured us that he would ensure it was survey ready, and it now is! And the work comes with a 20 year guarantee! All in all, an amazing job done!
