I can’t say enough great things about EuroClinic. I was dealing with a difficult situation involving my dealer, and the entire team stepped up in a big way. I was anxious about buying a GTI since I've heard some stories about how expensive maintenance is, but this shop made all my worries go away. It's been ten years since I got my car and practically all the major work has been done at Dubclinic/Euroclinic. I've always had a great experience whenever I come in, everyone is always super friendly and attentive. I've never felt like I was being upsold or pressured into something I didn't need. The price has always felt fair, which I think is an indicator of a great business. It doesn't feel like I'm getting ripped off nor does it feel like I'm getting shoddy work done for cheap - Bernard and Ron give a great breakdown on what's going on every step of the way. Definitely can't go wrong with them, here's to many more years

First of all - Euro Clinic has a state-of-the-art facility - period. My favorite part of it, is the customer waiting area. Second of all, I can only compare the way they treated me to five-star hotel service. And I’m qualified to compare, with my patronage of such fine establishments on five continents. Their transparency is second-to-none. I noticed how they invite every customer, on their first visit, to tour the car repair area. They are a dog-friendly business, that is irrefutable. What I got for bringing in my pooch - his name is Bagel - on my first visit is an entire swag bag full of doggie goods! Bagel is branded Euro Clinic, now. They took good care of my BMW’s maintenance needs, and their pricing is reasonable. On my second visit, I had one small service hiccup at the time of checking out with regards to a rewards balance that apparently had been miscommunicated to me by their third-party marketing team, but I appreciated the directness, refreshing clarity, and efficiency with which they owned their mistake. I am looking forward to having Euro Clinic as my repair shop for years to come.

I was referred to Euro Clinic by a friend, and I am very happy with my experience here. I trust Euro Cljnic more than any audi dealership service center Scheduling: super easy, they have an online scheduler Communication: 10/10, they mostly communicate vis text- which I appreciate (as I can’t constantly be taking phone calls during the day). I never had to play phone tag with them for an update, they always kept me in the loop as updates were available Service: 10/10. I first met with Ron- super nice and approachable. Him and his team very detailed and they don’t try to charge you for unnecessary repairs. For me, they, they avoided doing repairs that were still under warranty. They encouraged me to get those services done at audi dealership service centers, so that I wouldn’t have to pay. They also sent me the most thorough multi point inspection, along with images, measurements, and explanations of their findings. They have a complimentary shuttle service and key drop off service. The shuttle service was so helpful, even though I was slightly outside of their drop off/ pick up range, they still offered to have a staff member drop me off home (free of charge). Cost: Very transparent and affordable. Before they charged me the total, they sent me an invoice that allowed me to select/ approve the various services. I never felt pressured to do anything. I will continue to go here for any future audi services! Update: Just took my car in for its 40,000 mile service- once again, I had such a wonderful and a stress free experience! The Euro Clinic team continues to be very detail oriented, transparent, and have great communication (they are text-forward, which is a huge plus!) This time around, I dropped off my car the night before. They DO indeed have a key lock box service! The process was very straightforward (instructions were listed on the key envelope, pen provided). Premises has surveillance cameras so, that gave me some peace of mind Another wonderful experience with Euro Clinic :)

Was having engine problems with a really old car. Called Euro Clinic and was able to bring in my car ASAP, get the situation fixed and even had my engine pressure washed. Everything was free and Bernard even gave me great advice what to do next time. Everyone at Euro Clinic was very kind and understanding. Also the office is really clean, well maintained, with amazing snacks & coffee.

I brought my truck to Euro Clinic to find out why my truck stopped working as I was driving it earlier in the week. The check engine light came on and the truck lost power. Bernard checked my truck personally with his engine analyzer and found no record of trouble. The office manger waived any fees because of that. I still feel I owe them something but they say no way. Imagine refusing to charge a customer. Euro clinic is my vehicle doctor from now on.

I recently took my car in for its yearly maintenance to Euro Clinic, and I have to say—I couldn’t be more impressed. During the service, they found a few issues and fixed them right away. A couple of weeks later, one of the repairs had trouble again. I called them, and they were incredibly polite and professional, immediately asking me to bring the car back in. They re-fixed it at no charge, no hassle at all. When the issue came up once more a week later, they again stood by their work without hesitation, had me bring the car in, and fixed it—completely free of charge. The way they handled everything showed me what real professionalism looks like. Mistakes and setbacks can happen anywhere, but very few shops stand behind their work the way these folks do. They are honest, respectful, and genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t trust my car with any other repair shop, and I’ll definitely be a customer for life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to take their vehicle.

The team at Euro Clinic is simply outstanding. I don’t own a 6 figure plus Audi, but I’m taken care of all the same. They’re thorough inspections and informed recommendations are what keep me a customer. They’re honest, open and communicative. Most importantly they’re timely. I would recommend their team to anyone with a German/European vehicle that they love and cherish. They know the subtle intricacies that come with complex vehicle designs and have the tools and technicians to get the job done right. Oh! And they offer a 5 year warranty against installed parts and service. That’s pretty hard to beat this day and age. Just shows their confidence and abilities to diagnose and fix whatever is wrong the first time.

Working with Euro Clinic has always been a pleasure. In my most recent experience, Ron and Michelle were tremendously helpful in working through a difficult situation. The car was inoperable and at a different shop. I wanted Euro Clinic to do the work (replace clutch slave cylinder) because of their depth of experience in Audi as well as the quality of service I've come to know from them. They were very helpful in helping me coordinate having the car towed and made it possible for me to not have to visit either shop. The work was done quickly, and I had my car up and running again in less than 24 hours of my first call to Euro Clinic. Best part? When I picked up the car, Ron came outside to walk me through everything and offered to reinstall the tow hook cover which hadn't made the trip with the car. Of course, things didn't go as planned and the cover slipped inside the bumper and was unreachable. Ron jumped in the car, took it back into the shop and took care of everything in less than 5 minutes. That's 360-degree service!

Highly professional shop. One of the best auto mechanic services I’ve come across in my life. Euro Clinic fixed 2 issues with my Audi A7 TDI - they replaced an EGT sensor, and performed a forced regeneration for the DPF. I had difficulty finding a trustworthy Bay Area shop for TDI / diesel engines.. but a friend referred me to Euro Clinic and I am highly satisfied with the service they provided

Ever hope that your car needs more work? I didn’t either until I spent a day with the team at Euro Clinic. I was overheating travelling through town and they took me in right away and got me on the road in the same day. The courtesy shuttle took me to lunch and the gym and picked me up. They also love dogs so much they watched my well behaved mastiff all day while they shuttled us around. Great cappuccino machine to top it all off.

I’ve had only good experiences with Euro Clinic, formerly Dub Clinic. They have a great system and staff. Their system never had me guessing as to what was going on with my vehicle. My observations and concerns are noted, then compared to their assessments and findings. After a full, detailed inspection, often with pictures, all suggested work is detailed in quick electronic (text, webpage) messages. No official work is done without consent. I have researched similar Haldex services, etc. and Euro Clinic’s prices are fair. However, the staff is the difference. They communicate well and are willing to answer questions. All shops go through ups and downs. Euro Clinic in my 5 years of bringing my Audi, seems to be getting better.

Although Euroclinic didn't work on my car, they did work on my 74-year-old dad's Golf. Unfortunately they missed the actual issue (a broken wiring harness) and recommended a whole new transmission, so he went elsewhere for a second opinion. When he came back to them and told them the outcome, Ron at Euroclinic refunded everything. Talk about ethical! I would definitely trust them to do the right thing.

I came here because my brakes were making strange noises sometimes. They spent an hour thoroughly inspecting my car and honestly told me that my brake pads still had 90% of their life left. They also checked other parts of the car and found no issues. In the end, they spent another 15 minutes cleaning up oil that had spilled the day before when I got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. And all of this was completely free. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are honest and professional and won’t come up with unnecessary repairs just to make money.

Amazing service. I have been with Euro clinic since last 3 years now. Every time I get a detailed explanations with pictures and they work with me explaining everything. Very nice facility, clean shop and nice waiting area. You can easily work on your laptop while you wait for your car to be serviced. The advisor even led me to the lift to show me actual issues with my car so all work is 100% transparent. Highly recommended.

They were able to get my car in and fixed on the same day and even provided a shuttle from and to the shop when my car was finished.

I was looking for an alternative to my dealership for both general service and repairs. I took to Google and came upon Euro Clinic. For my first visit I was in need of an oil change and repair of an oil leak. An oil leak that my dealership failed to fix on two separate appointments. Euro Clinic successfully repaired in one visit. Additionally, the service technician took me out to the service bay to show me the leak and the repair that would be done. They repaired the leak and completed the oil change while I waited. I was pleased to be able to save money too! I have just completed my second appointment at Euro Clinic and could not be more pleased with the service and customer service. Initially I brought my car in for an oil change and front brakes, but on further analysis my car was in need of a valve cover gasket. The line of communication between me and Jenny of Euro Clinic was excellent. Their updates on a timely basis were very much appreciated. My repairs were split over two days and during the final quality check an additional issue arose that would delay me getting my car as planned. Ron, Euro Cliniic's General Manager spoke to me and provided me with options to minimize my commuter issues for me and my wife. Today, you rarely find that personal touch and customer service. They identified the cause of the issue that would delay in me getting my car and made the repair. No additional charge to me! You don't find that service very often! Euro Clinic is an outstanding source for auto repair. Their quality of workmanship is second to none! Their customer service is#1! Thank you Euro Clinic!

I find this service center very professional. They have an online way of scheduling appointments and a thorough check in process to catch all issues. They usually point out the precise problems along with detailed pics a couple of hours after dropping off the car. They justify every step taken and wait for my approval to proceed. The labor charges are slightly on the higher side but I’m happy to pay given the quality of service they provide.

Super professional staffs. Took my bmw x7 there which is the first independent shop after my warranty expire. I had a great experience. They were very details with what they are doing and will send you photos and videos of findings. Price is not cheap but I can trust them to take care of my car.

I have been taking my VW to this shop for a few years now back when it was Dub Clinic. The shop always responds to my inquiries in a timely manner and tries to get my car back to me as quickly as possible. My car is old and the miles I put on it since I was a high schooler weren't gentle. Meaning I have to bring them my car most of the time to fix something that has gone wrong. Pretty sure they would rather enjoy putting on fun stuff or making the car nicer instead of fixing broken things. If you need a shop to work on your car and are finnicky about which ones work on your euro car, bring it here and see what they can do. I took the chance a few years ago and have been back every time I need something done.

This is the best experience I've had with an Auto Shop, from the excellent customer service, super friendly staff, online check in and out process and status updates! I damaged a harness whilst changing ignition coils but it's been way too hot to do troubleshooting. I decided to give their shop despite it was a bit of drive from my home. Their customer service was FANTASTIC as well their knowledge of the vehicle. They kept me up to date on what they were doing and pricing for labor was fair. Although I could have installed a part myself I had them do it and gladly paid for the extra labor because I was so impressed with their overall service. Side note, they had a mint Audi A3 to shuttle me around, nice touch...

I've taken my VWs and Audi to Bernard since he was a one-man shop based in Santa Clara. Now's he's running his own shop with a lot more bays (7?) and solid techs to do the work, still great service and competitive prices. Work authorizations are still well explained prior to service which is nice and appreciated. They also started to offer a porter (shuttle) service, which is great! :) Thanks EuroClinic! :)

I've been customer of Euro Clinic since 2016. They helped to maintain our 2005 Passat TDI as well currently 2019 Jetta. The owner, Bernard, and his crew are down to earth persons, very knowledgable about VW, Audi and any european cars. Recently, they did pre-sale checkup on a Audi Allroad that I was very interested. Fortunately, they found some issues which would require substential repair cost, if I wouldn't check. All findings (photos) and estimates are provided to customer. As such we've decided to not to take the car. I highly recommend Euro Clinic for any automotive issues.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Euro Clinic in Santa Clara and I feel compelled to share. Land Rover Rookie mistake, but I recently had my dog (60lbs) in the car and to eliminate the passenger seat belt alarm, I buckled the belt….and then put the chest strap behind the headrest. Don’t do this. The two fix options are expensive and involve reupholstery. From the moment I first reached out, Jenny & Ron went above and beyond to assist me. Their expertise and kindness were evident throughout the entire process. Jenny was able to slot me into an afternoon appointment that day. When I arrived, Ron came out and knew exactly what the problem was and what the two fixes were. Unless…just maybe, if there was a little slack in the belt…maybe we could fix this without tearing up the back of the seat or cutting the belt. He came back out with a few wrenches and took the seat off its rails and together we were able to shift and shimmy the locked belt over the headrest. Picture that iconic episode of Friends with the sofa, but in a Range Rover Evoque instead of the hallway. Despite the complexity of the problem, Ron’s creativity and quick thinking, time and patience had me back on the road in :15 minutes. Yes, :15. But what truly amazed me was their generosity, Ron did not charge me for the repair. Euro Clinic went above & beyond and demonstrated an exceptional level of customer care and community spirit. They have a customer for life, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, Euro Clinic, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Your kindness and expertise made all the difference!

After one bad experience too many being overcharged at the dealer, I found Euro Clinic (then called Dub Clinic),and it’s been my Audi’s go-to place for service ever since. Love the old Car Talk show? This is where to find the local version of Click and Clack. They tell me what my car needs, and what the dealer says I need but can actually wait. They examine the car with a stethoscope (no joke) to find small problems that could become big problems later. Get factory trained technicians at half the price, what’s not to love? I’ll never take my Audi anywhere else!

I took my 2013 vw Jeta for mechatronic unit problem , they did great replacing the unit and now my car is back on the road again and with a three year warranty.

I've taken my Audi A3 Quattro to Dub Clinic, now Euro Clinic, several times for various preventative and repair issues over the years. I've always been extremely satisfied with the staff interactions, the diagnoses and issue resolutions. Any communication has always been clear and concise. Euroclinic was fantastic. I brought my Jetta to them after attempting to go through the dealership for repairs. The dealership sat on the car for a month with no work being done on the car. Euroclinic performed all the necessary repairs within 2 days and even beat the dealership service price considerably. I would definitely use Euroclinic again whenever I have an issue with my car.

I'm a first-time customer with an Audi A5. I had an appointment and the check-in process was very fast and easy. They performed the services (brake fluid exchange & battery replacement). During the service, they also did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and sent photos of all the inspected areas. They even found and corrected something improper with my last service performed at an Audi dealership (I won't go back there). Euro Clinic did a great job and I will definitely be going back for future services.

This place is probably the best automotive shop I've been too. From the website, the communication, the staff, the quality of work, attention to details , and cleanliness. My only gripe is that they don't have a happy hour so I can hang out more often haha. Great place and that sets the bar for what an automotive shop should be like. Overall this is a Top notch independent shop for me. They were able to help me out with my custom steering wheel install, although there was a bit of issues regarding the start/stop button but that’s not Euro Clinic’s fault. The only reason why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because, I called to ask the mechanic whom handed me my keys after the repair to give me a call back coz I had a few questions for him about the wiring. He never called me back which was a bit disappointing. I just brought it to my friend’s shop to have my RS5 looked at which turned out it’s just a defective button from the vendor I bought the steering wheel from.

Dropped my MK7 GTI off to get a CEL looked at along with an overall health check up on the car given its high mileage. Xavi and Jenny took great care of me. Easy folks to work with. Not only are they very professional and friendly, they were all very technically knowledgeable. They also offer a shuttle service within a 7 mile radius for your convenience and a sound proof work/phone booth in their lobby should you need work or take a call from the shop. 11/10 would recommend.

Brought my 2010 BMW for a brake oil change, service was fast 1 hr. And the most I liked was the inspection of the engine bay and under with proof of pictures! Jenny was able to explain what the mechanic does.

Very friendly and honest auto shop. I brought my car in half taken apart trying to do my own repair and they took my car in and did the work on it with no hassles. They document everything with pictures and have great communication starting with Jenny. Highly recommend to any european car owners!

New shop on Victor Street is beautiful and well equipped, congratulations EuroTeam 😊 I've been going to Bernard for over 10 years, since he rented a stall on El Camino Real in Santa Clara. I've been putting off coming in for over a month because my work schedule has been bonkers. I needed them to look at some white exhaust on my A6 that was becoming more noticeable the last couple weeks in my mirrors while idling at intersections. I googled and I was scared how serious this could be. So I call on the Friday *BEFORE* Christmas and ask if they can fit me in. Jenny says of course, come through. I show up at 330 pm (crazy, I know) and they throw it on the rack while Jenny gives me a tour of the new shop. Friends, I can't make this up. After 15 minutes they called me into the shop to look under the car with them and show me the passenger flex tube downpipe is broken. Turns out I've been seeing moisture because of the crack in my exhaust and it is not a drive ability concern. Euro Clinic is SO HONEST!!! Instead of telling me they can replace the entire downpipe assembly for $1350, they tell me to take it to an exhaust shop so I can get it repaired for << $200. This is a family owned business and you can *trust* them. And this is why I will always take my car to them, bring donuts when I get my car serviced, and refer my friends to them. Honest, reasonable & reliable. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Euro Clinic. In the 50 years that I have owned cars I have never been to an auto repair place that is this high quality in every way. To start off with they were less money than the dealership, their waiting lobby was amazing with snacks and drinks, I had an appointment to have my brakes replaced and they were done in an hour, they are honest and transparent, showed me the measurements of brake wear, did not try to sell or repair things that were not needed, very friendly, competent, and shuttle service! Jenny and Roman @ Euro Clinic were great to talk to in person, over the phone, or via text. I took my 2009 Cayenne here for CSB/driveshaft replacement and they accommodated me as soon as they could while I had the parts expedited to their shop. I like that they provide work estimates directly to your phone, so no need to rifle through papers. Highly recommend, great experience. Beautiful waiting area with snacks and refreshments.

Great service , honest times and they’re constantly keeping you updated which is nice. They also follow up with you to see if the problem is still which is amazing. If any other problems are there they show you what can be done or what they can do for you.

I own 23 Mk8 GTI and care for it meticulously. After going to Euro Clinic, I wouldn't ever consider trusting my egg with anyone else. I've had a ton of work done by them, all done with precision. I had my aftermarket exhaust, intake, intercooler and coilovers (plus an oil change and alignment) all installed/done by them. They let me check out the install process on the exhaust when they were finishing it up and I was pleased to see that one of the techs was making sure the exhaust tips were aligned to the standards of my OCD, resulting in a perfect install. They don't waste your time and hang onto your car for days - you make an appointment and they always get it done by the time they say it will be. They will actually listen to your requests and questions and give honest advice and suggestions based on what you are looking for. They are genuinely VW enthusiasts who work their and treat your car as if it was their own. Mike, one of the supervisors, is who I have the most experience talking with and was super courteous and informative - he took the time to explain things to me that I, being a person new to this platform, wouldn't have otherwise known.

I brought my 2016 BMW X5 in for repair of the rear suspension and AC. The staff is friendly and professional. They worked directly with our extended warranty company and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Our vehicle was repaired promptly and is running great. I highly recommend Euro Clinic. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else.

Euro Clinic has been and continue to be the only place I trust my Audi with. Exception service with a smile everytime. Mike, their new service advisor/front staff addition, has has been fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough with his explanations, which I truly appreciate. The passion for cars really shows thru with every staff I have interacted with. Even though the shop name has changed, the level of expertise and professionalism has not changed and is one of the many reasons why I continue to take my Audi here.

Excellent job on my golf r they do a thorough inspection and provide photos of all aspects of your vehicle. They are my #1 dubstop for my VW...wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Euro Clinic has a great customer experience. They provide a detailed online estimate of repairs, listed in priority order, so you can pick and choose what repairs to do, if you're not wanting to tackle all of them immediately. If you have questions, someone will be available via a phone call to answer them. You pay for the service when you pick up your car. They email you a copy of your invoice. It's all convenient, and efficient. The repair work is top quality, too. When they inspect the customer complaint, they take lots of pictures that they include with the estimate. You can see the before-after if it is relevant. The work was done quickly, and my car was returned as clean as when I dropped it off. I had not known of (Dub) EuroClinic. The previous owner of my car swore by the quality of their work. Since he had been dealing with them exclusively for all his cars, I decided to try them out. I'm planning to continue with them.

Detailed analysis. The prices may seem high but not really. I have checked other auto shops and they too quote almost the same charges - parts and labor. However, Euro Clinic positive points are it's diagnosis capability. The technicians are quick, appropriate with their findings.

I’ve brought my car here a few times for parts installations and recently for maintenance, and have nothing but good things to say. The team at Euro Clinic does a great job at taking care of your auto needs with competitive pricing/warranties, and provides great customer service. They send regular updates as your car gets worked on, and send over estimates and suggestions right away. Great customer service and accountability. Have been coming to Euro Clinic for a few years now for my regular services, after my dealer warranty/maintenance package was done. I recently had some oil leaks and the team did repairs of the obvious failures and topped up, but the oil light came back up faster than expected. The team was patient in explaining the process and how the first set of repairs are different from the current potential internal failure. They waived any additional troubleshooting charges and also replaced some parts for free. Amazing service overall, putting the customer first

I brought my 2011 X5 into Euro Clinic, and I'm glad I went to them instead of taking it to the dealer like I usually do. The car ended up having an oil leak, and like most 12 year old cars, it's age started to show in the engine. The team really took care of me and my car, making sure that I was comfortable driving it with my 10 year kid without having to worry about getting stranded somewhere. I mainly worked with Mike who was amazing and always communicated what was going on with the car, but I also had the opportunity of working with the rest of the team including Michelle, Jenny, and Bernard. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust these days, specially with European cars. But Euro Clinic really went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right, as well as charged what I thought were fair prices for the repairs. Can't thank them enough.

Have brought my A3 here since I bought it and have had a great experience every time. Easy to schedule appointments and they take care of you. Spoke with Bernard for a while and he’s a really nice guy who’s really knowledgeable and gives good advice. His crew found something wrong with my car and recommended I take it in to Audi to get it fixed under warranty for free, instead of pushing me to get it done by them which I respect. Prices are less than what you’d pay at the stealership. Will be bringing my car to them for future maintenance/repairs for as long as I’m in in SC area.

I brought my dad’s 2011 VW Tiguan in for some major repairs and the process was seamless. Euroclinic had available appointments for an estimate and potential work. The drop off was easy, they listened to the concerns we had. They answered our questions promptly and were detailed about repairs needed. Once we decided to go ahead with repairs, they communicated with us by text to keep us up to date on their progress. When we picked up the car, Mike greeted us by name and explained exactly what they did and made clear their warranty policy which is very fair. Bernard also checked in with us and was helpful and pleasant. Customer service was excellent. We highly recommend them.

What is there to say about Euro Clinic (previously called Dub Clinic) that VW / Audi enthusiasts have known for years? Euro Clinic / Dub Clinic has been the go-to for many VW / Audi enthusiasts, and now for other European cars due to their exceptional professionalism, service, and work on our cars. My recent experiences have always been positive as Euro Clinic has helped me with my clutch replacement, and recommending a specific bearing to ensure it was smooth and it was done within the day! I have also had my oil changed here and had them diagnose other issues that I could not resolve on my own; they helped replace one of my water pumps recently and gave me a thorough explanation of what other things I may have need to be done. This past visit, I had to check some codes and a standard oil change with the thought I may need a carbon cleaning. After talking to Michael / Matthew (starts with a M), I was super happy with the attention of detail and their clarity about what I actually needed (which was probably something I could do my self) or they were more than willing to help with it if I decided to repair. My point to say is that Euro Clinic is a great place to bring your car. Their prices reflect the quality of their work and you can be confident that their work is well done and up to the standards of the manufacturer. Have a Audi S4 b8.5. Went to get my exhaust adjusted as I know I have installed my midpipe wrong. I went to other places and I was quoted $800+ plus they will have to cut and wield my pipes. It was insane. Came to dubclinic and the quote was only $120. Saved $700 and that was a winning price. Dubclinic definitely got the W on this one. Will go there again, note I live 35+ miles away. Went to have my car diagnosed for transmission issue in Jan 2023, name is changed to Euro Clinic. They did not cheap out and really diagnose the issue. No new transmission is needed nor no mech issues. Saved a lot of money.

They had me at hello. I had to cancel my original appointment due to being under the weather, and they followed up with a text. They said they hoped I was feeling better, and that they had new discounts available. I called and spoke to Claire, who was very pleasant. I rescheduled my appointment for Yesterday, Yesterday I arrived a little early, and they took me right away. The first thing I noticed was the professionalism and friendliness -- right down to the apparel they were wearing. I cannot tell you how lucky I felt, having found them on the internet -- 5 minutes from where I work. Mike assisted me during the process, and introduced me to Roman who did the work. They allowed me to look beneath my vehicle, and shared information I already knew about the vacuum pump that needed attention. Needless to say I wound up paying a little more for the service, because I hadn't planned on getting the vacuum pump taken care of too, but let me tell you, it was at a way better price than the one I was quoted at the Volkswagen Dealer. This place does it all, and they will definitely be getting my future business to replace my headliner in my 2008 VW Rabbit -- and get this, I just called and Claire told me the job was complete. I am literally floored. I have never been treated so well, and that waiting area -- amazing and classy -- eloquent with free munchies and drinks. Excellent communication. Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. During inspection, they educated me on some common, non-obvious issues seen on this model that may be covered under factory warranty. I followed through with their advice. This saved me from paying out of pocket for a fairly important maintenance item.

As a first-time client, I found the experience very professional. The communication is easy and transparent. I like that! I came in for a service on a 2014 Audi. The service itself went smoothly. Of course, there are going to be recommended maintenance actions on a car nearly 10 years old. A minor oil leak (which I knew about) and a rear shock leaking, but nothing urgent that I felt compelled or pressured to do. I would definitely consider them for repairs if/when that became necessary.

While I did not end up using the service at the time, they did a courtesy inspection and fixed some missing screws. Great attention to details and work ethics

I went to another shop and they installed a Turbo that failed on my audi. The other shop did not place a gasket correctly and it started to leak oil. The other shop did not answer my calls. They fixed the misplaced gasket and also changed some leaking shocks. They communicated well and emailed me invoices and photos - very professional. The only issue I had was they parked my car outside under a tree where it covered with some bird berry poop. So I had to wash the car afterwards - bad luck I guess. But they are a reliable, reasonably priced business. Thanks!

I can’t say enough positive things about Euro Clinic! After another shop failed to torque some bolts properly causing my rear differential to come loose and cause a lot of damage, the team at Euro Clinic provided top tier service. They were sympathetic, patient, and fast to do everything in their power to rectify my situation. They were constantly in commutation, went above in beyond to provide additional documentation, and made sure that the the recommended repairs were cost and time efficient as possible. If you have a Euro vehicle (especially Audi) I highly recommend you utilize Euro Clinic.

Brought my vehicle to Euro Clinic for some long overdue maintenance. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle finding maintenance needs, I feel other shops would have missed.
