To begin with I received a text that he was on his way. He arrived on time and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He showed us what was going on with our system, now 6 years old. He told us what was a urgent need and also pointed out things we can do to help our units last longer. We will definitely use Island Breeze in the future and we recommend them to friends and family too.

Josh was awesome. We had some issues with our minisplit in our casita earlier this year and josh was able to answer all of my questions and had a handful of solutions ready to go. On top of that the prices are very reasonable. I could not be happier.
