I have a large pale green and cream wool rug that is 12’ x9’ in my living room which has seen several years of three small grandchildren playing on it with inevitable spills and accidents, (we live in and enjoy our home!). A truly professional service. Amazing powerful equipment in the van with hoses into my lounge enabled my large lounge carpet to be deep cleaned and dried. It looked like new afterwards and was able to be used within a few hours. My large sofas were moved to enable the complete carpet area to be accessed and then replaced post clean. Thank you. We were obliged to call in the services of JL Carpet Cleaning when a relative bought a house where the previous owner had kept 18 house cats. They had to remove the carpets and laminate flooring from everywhere, clean up, apply super-strength enzymatic odour control agent, followed by sealing the floors twice and finally fogging the whole house. Their work improved the smell of the property considerably! We can certainly recommend JL Carpet Cleaning. Jared and Jenny went out of their way to help us with our rather unusual problem, answering emails very quickly and offering a competitive quote. Arriving promptly, they worked diligently and really cared about doing the job right and making us happy with the results.

Incredible service from the very first phone call right to the end with the work carried out to a very high standard. I had smoke damage to my sofa, quote came through promptly, I was updated about products needed, he was honest and informative around the difficulties around electrical smoke damage, never felt any pressure and they dealt with difficulties around my changing situation with no complaints. I was in need of an excellent carpet cleaning company after my tenants left my property in a far from clean condition and some feeble attempts at removing stains. Jared from the offset on the telephone was obviously the man for the job and he certainly didn't disappoint. He was punctual and very efficient with all the correct equipment. Don't bother renting a machine and doing a half job, get JL in and relax in the knowledge it's going to get done properly.

Jared and Jenny came and quoted us a few weeks ago for carpet cleaning in three rooms plus a settee and six upholstered dining chairs. We were happy with the quote and booked an appointment. They arrived on time and were professional from arrival to departure. Everything was cleaned a lot quicker than we expected and they did an amazing job as we had one carpet that was quite badly stained but now looks like new. They used driers so everything was as good as dry when they left. Our dining room chairs which are pretty old look like new as well. We can highly recommend JL Carpet Cleaning. Having not had a requirement in the past for this type of cleaning we were a bit dubious to how clean everything would be but they did a fantastic job. We contacted them as a relative had used them previously and we saw what a great job they did. If you require this kind of cleaning then please ask them for a quote as they are brilliant.

An excellent service from beginning to end. Arrived on time which is always a bonus. Gave our carpets a good hoovering before using an enzyme to start the cleaning process. The steam clean itself was very thorough and the carpet looked as good as new after it was steam cleaned. It smelt lovely too. It was dry by the end of the day and felt lovely and soft underfoot. We were given a free spot spray cleaner and an aftercare leaflet. All in all an excellent professional service that I can certainly recommend.

I had a 3 seater sofa and a recliner armchair cleaned. Both came out fantastic, the type of material means the cushions are fixed and cannot be removed, it was unclear if they would be able to remove most of the ink stains left by the kids as we were sure what kind of ink it was. 24 hours later and fully dry and the ink is gone, I was very happy with the service provided, the customer service was excellent and the dog found a new best friend! I would definitely recommend. Very pleased how it turned out.

We are really pleased with our freshly cleaned carpets. Even black marks, rust marks and olive oil stains have been removed successfully! The job was carried out in a professional manner, with an initial visit to measure up and then a 9am arrival on the day arranged. Great cleaning on all our wool carpets, our Chinese rug and also our synthetic carpet. Steam cleaning is the best type of cleaning, no chemical smells and it was all dry in a couple of hours. Jared has an amazing machine to do the work. Jared also cleaned the carpets in my Dad's house a few weeks ago. We all will be happy to use this company again.
