I recently used One Move Movers for a loading-only service into two PODS containers, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Ray, the company coordinator who handled my booking, was absolutely incredible--kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. She made sure I had all the information and helpful tips I needed ahead of time so I was fully prepared when moving day arrived. The moving crew consisted of three workers: Mely, the lead, along with Tomas and Francisco. They were all friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. They treated both my home and belongings with care, which I really appreciated. I had specific instructions for how I wanted the containers loaded, and Mely and his team followed them perfectly. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my requests made a big difference. They efficiently loaded both a 16' and an 8' container in great time without sacrificing quality. On top of all that, the pricing was fair and competitive for the level of service provided. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free experience. We did a full-service move (packing, moving, and soft unpack) for our home relocation just two miles away, and the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. What really impressed me was the care they took with my kids' LEGO collections which are extremely detailed and fragile. Sergio and the team handled them so carefully that not a single LEGO piece was broken or lost, which honestly felt like a miracle. They were professional, organized, and incredibly respectful of our home and belongings. The soft unpack made a huge difference too it helped us get settled quickly instead of being surrounded by boxes.
