TL;DR New to Airsoft, were so helpful in advising me to figure out what I wanted. Excellent service and good pricing! I'm a complete newbie to Airsoft but have always had an interest in obtaining an Airsoft gas pistol. After finally having enough money I went searching and was completely swamped. I decided I needed to speak to someone in person to determine where I would get the most out of my money. I went to Defcon and came away a very happy customer with a brand spanking new Two tone Glock. The two staff (Tom and another gent whose name escapes me, apologies) who served me were incredibly helpful. They let me peruse their cabinet and handle any pistol I wanted to look at, getting a feeling for each one and honing in on what would suit me. I did take up a good chunk of their time, maybe an hour perusing and debating til I landed on one I wanted. They were honest, not pushy and answered all my questions. They also said if I had any issues or more questions about my gun to get in contact or nip round again, even if just for a chat. I cannot recommend them enough and will more than likely be going back!

Service and communication is spot on, can't fault them in the slightest. Highly reccomend.
