I recently bought the fairly new Ares Smith and Wesson Model 686 3.5 inch barrel Airsoft revolver. The customer service at Defcon Airsoft was top notch. To say that I was shocked at the feeling and overall look of the gun when I received it is an understatement. The finish is absolutely stunning. A matte stainless steel look which is MUCH more pleasing to the eye, instead of the mirrored shiny effect that most silver Airsoft revolvers have. The shells/cartridges are the MOST REALISTIC I have EVER SEEN. Not only do they look just like semi-jacketed lead hollowpoint .357 Magnums, they even come with a metal moon clip. They apparently will also fit in real HKS revolver speedloaders. Specifically, the HKS 686-A speedloaders. So I'll be getting one to confirm this. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and will be back again very soon.

This is the second time I’ve visited this store and the second time I’ve not been disappointed by my visit. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable which made things a lot easier than visiting some other shops in the Staffordshire area. They know a lot about the things they sell and if they don’t know the answer it’s a certainty that his other colleague knows. They have a huge amount of stock to choose from and offered me sound, straightforward advice on what I was looking for. They even made sure to tell me to email them with any questions or any parts I might need. I will definitely be visiting this store again and making sure my money is left there, because know that what I buy comes with a guarantee. Great service, went in for a Tokyo Marui Saiga-12k. The man serving me was evidently an enthusiast in the sport himself. No issues when I requested to inspect the product before purchase, very good price for both RIF and magazines, better prices for the TM Saiga and accessories than any other UK retailer I've looked at by a pretty significant margin.
