We were there on 05/10/2025 for a graduation party. This place is absolutely beautiful. There is so much to do, and it's a great place to entertain friends and family. There is a dock where you are able to bring your own boat, but it must meet their guidelines. The facilities are spacious and clean. Depending on your rental agreement, you are able to stay in the house by the lake. This is a great place for family reunions, weddings, ect.

Looks like a really great place to host events, parties, or family meet and greets. Weather permitting the outdoors would make good photo shots.

Brightwater Bay is a great venue to host company meeting or events. Our company just hosted a 2 day meeting with 40-45 attendees. The space was perfect. All the windows around the venue made for a perfect view of the water surrounding the water. Cody was very pleasant to work throught the whole event. We did have issues with the internet the first day on site and Cody was on top of trying to get it fixed. To make sure our company's needs were meet, they went purchased another service that evening! Day 2 was smooth sailing. The only suggestion we would make is for venue to have a coffee maker and microwave to be able to warm up coffee or lunches but other than that, our company would highly recommend this venue for your next event or function.

Beautiful venue!

I love this place. I didn't take a lot of pics but the view out of the Tiki is amazing.

BrightWater Bay was such an amazing place to have our wedding!! Everything about the property was beautiful. Everything was super clean and Steve was wonderful to work with. It will always be one of our favorite places and we look forward to going back in the future!!

Steve was so professional informative accommodating and kind. The event sos e was beyond our expectations and he gave me so much comfort in me being able to decorate and set up for the baby shower I was hired for. All tables and chair were included in cost. Definitely will be booking my future venue needs with Brightwater Bay

Great place for a party

This venue met and exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding. The staff was entirely helpful and accommodating. The air bnbs were cozy and completely comfortable. The venue has a beautiful lakeside view and had plenty of room for our dinner and reception. We had the perfect wedding day and would absolutely recommend BWB for any event you're planning. We got tons of compliments!
