PETA did a fantastic job installing new toilets and other plumbing.

I can't say enough positive things about the Papalia Home Services team. I called them and worked with Crystal on the knowledgeable dispatch team to schedule a quote for a faucet installation in a rarely-used half bath. Communication was very effective. I received a call from the dispatch team ahead of when the technician would arrive. As with any home improvement project in a 1950's build, nothing is every straight-forward. That said, Joe arrived and identified steel pipes that needed replacing along with the installation and provide an updated estimate for the best plan forward. While it incurred an additional cost, at no point did I feel upsold or needlessly pressured and we completed the project in the same week. I commend Joe on his workmanship, promptness, and professionalism. I'm very satisfied with the work done and would certainly reach out to Papalia for future projects.
