The door was installed in 2021 and has worked without flaw for five years. I needed a tuneup because of the approaching hot months of summer . Alfredo arrived well within the timeframe promised. There Were some bolts that needed tightening the rollers were lubricated and the mechanism and Guides were also adjusted. The door worked as good as it did when it was installed, and the technician named Alfredo was very friendly and made me feel comfortable that the job was done the best it could be done. They did a free evaluation and reported that 3/4's of the mechanisms were broken. We ordered a new door from them but put a hold order on it until we can budget for it.
