James responded rapidly to a telephone request for help with an email problem. He solved the problem remotely and quickly. He also recommended removal of unwanted and unnecessary apps which were confusing and slowing down my laptop. James was warm, friendly, efficient and professional. A lucky find; I have no hesitation in recommending him.

What a fantastic company! James arrived punctually (very important for me!) and because I'm completely clueless about modern systems, explained everything in a way I could understand without being patronising. The work took the time he said it would, he left everything clean and tidy, and he even managed to get me to understand how it worked! I would have given him more than 5 stars if that were possible!
