Had a leak under my sink, which Mike promptly fixed. He noticed and showed me another issue with my garbage disposal. Wasn't a huge issue...yet. we went over options and settled on a new garbage disposal. Helped me out on price too since it was a surprise that I had that issue. Platinum is always quick, knowledgeable, and clean.

Platinum Plumbing personnel always courteous and knowledgeable. Will, our serviceman, did the annual check. Found a few problems and fixed them. It was 24 degrees and he stayed until it was completed. Great service.

Platinum did an awesome job installing a new heating and A/C unit for us in an emergency situation. My husband called Elizabeth and by that afternoon Max & Luke were at our house trying to identify & resolve the issue. Unfortunately our heater had to be red-tagged as it was deemed too dangerous to have running. Max explained everything in detail & asked if we wanted someone to come out to discuss replacement options which we agreed to. Sean Mills was out within an hour or so and was very detailed with our options; we also agreed that updating the A/C at the same time made sense. Don did his magic & was able to get us the units quickly. Tarik Chris & Josh put in a long day setting up everything and were super friendly and professional. A great experience all around 02/10/25 Update: When we found a toilet leaking from our powder room into the basement over the weekend we called Platinum and they were able to send Ethan & Fowler out early on Monday morning. They were professional and super friendly. We actually had some issues with two other toilets in the house as well. They fully explained what they needed to do with each and set things right within a few hours. They provided us with options on replacing one of the toilets which had always been a problem over the years. While Ethan & Fowler were down in our basement they noticed snd pointed out some corrosive in a few spots on our water heater that was installed in 2015. Good to know so we can keep a close eye on it and prepare to replace it. Another great experience with Platinum! Sept 2025 - Platinum did a full annual maintenance check of our AC unit. It was great to see David G again. David is extremely friendly & knowledgeable & very respectful of our home & property Nov 2025 - Ethan did a great job installing a new garbage disposal for us. Ethan is super friendly and respectful of our home. He works so clean that the only sign of his presence was a now functioning disposal! With our house getting older we know we can count on Platinum to keep things running smoothly March 2026 - Max did a great job during scheduled maintenance of our HVAC system changing the filter etc. Max was friendly, professional & respectful of our property.

Sean took the time to explain and ensure I understood what I was ordering. He was not pushy and answered any questions and made recommendations (but not based on $$) The team installed quickly and quietly and cleaned everything up! HIGHLY recommend especially since they were much more reasonable than other companies…for the same equipment.
